Must Read it’s my very own ExperienceI received my product a while ago (10/8/2021) and I couldn’t stop myself writing a review on priority..!Only one Word for their business Ethics“Master class”“Outstanding”“Brilliant 💯”I know I told I would justify in one word but it’s not possible for me to do soI’m very well impressedLet me share my story with PrachinThis story began on 24 June 2021I was looking for an Cow and calf made of bronze to present someone really special ,One of my friend suggested me about Prachin Art And Crafts , then I called them on their number and deal was made with Mr. Vivek.I received my product on 29 July and unfortunately there was Some damages on the product due to bad handling at transformation.I was fainted and broken and I was not sure about what nextFew things came across my mind1) are they gonna look into this issue2) I thought I couldn’t gift it to my special onesI was little and called Mr. Vivek and explained him about the situation & I was not sure how he would respond and I thought he would simply say it was transformation mistake we are not responsible and something like that..But for my surprise after explaining him the situation he didn’t even took a second to reply, and his words were“ I’m sorry sir for what ever has happened, you don’t have to worry to about it sir I’ll arrange a new piece and I’ll put everything in it until you’re satisfied with our service and product “.!What a gentleman, I salute the way they are doing their businessA special Shout-out to Mr. Vivek for being in contact tirelessly throughout the process..!Today I’ve received my product and I’m pretty sure it will delight the one who I’m presenting this!Thank You Prachin Arts and CraftsThank You Mr. VivekYou guys really outstanding with your Ethics!!Kudos to your team!!It’s 💯 worth to recommend and I would definitely take the pleasure..!(Images attached are of the product which I received today (10/08/2021) from Prachin Arts and Crafts)(Brass , Antiques, idols)

I would like to share my beautiful experience with prachin store.I had purchased a home temple from prachin store a month ago. My niece wanted to take it to Netherlands as she liked the temple very much. It was a rose wood structure with beautiful pillers and bells. As we got it packed with bubble wrap to carry it in flight, we didnt open the pack after going home. But when my niece opened the pack after reaching Netherlands, we realised that the pillers were missing. Not sure where it got misplaced, bit without them she couldnt assemble the temple properly. We were very disappointed.When I reached out to the prachin store owner, he said they will search to see if anything is left over in the godown. But unfortunately bit was not found and I didnt know what to do.But o my surprise, the owner said he will arrange for one more set of pillers as a kind gesture. It came really as a surprise and I was very delighted to hear this. This was indeed a kind gesture shown by the owner despite we misplacing the pillers.I am really thankful to prachin store for taking care of their customers so well even though I was a new customer. THANK YOU prachin store for showing this kind gesture.

Stopped by to pick up a few gifts. They were brass curios mounted on frames. The store did not have the required number I needed. Vivek was really very helpful. He promised to custom make it for me in less than two hours and kept his word. I have been to this store several times before and have never been disappointed. The staff is also very helpful.

Its glorified with those brass metal idols and figurines all around once you step in!🚶‍♂️This store is rather an attraction 🤩 in the first sight 👀and its no mistake to assume the prices 💵 would be pretty high⬆️.However, the prices are reasonable. Among the items Ive seen, the prices range from 500 till 7 lakhs.The owner is also friendly 😅 and provides apt suggestions 💡 based on the requirements instead of forcing you to buy😉.Would definitely visit here again and recommend others to visit too! 😁

They have a wide range of brass decor. The staff who assisted us did a good job in helping us finding the right products. That said, we didnt have the best experience when we left the store.Communication is an integral part of sales and unfortunately, the salesman who assisted us did cause some major miscommunication.We required a few pieces of the same product so, we asked the sales staff to let us know if there is any discount that can be offered. He went behind the counter and came with a piece of paper with the discounted rates. We felt that there was further scope for negotiation so we gave him an exact number and asked him to check again. He came back with a verbal affirmation. All was going well. We finalized the pieces and headed towards the billing counter.A female staff at the counter asked for that piece of paper with the previous discounted rates. We gave it to her assuming that the sales staff who assisted us would inform her about the revised rates. When the cashier told us the amount, it was off. He had calculated based on rates on the paper.The cashier gave us the final amount. He was quite certain that the rates he had given us was the best he could offer and that he wouldnt be able to reduce it further. He even asked the staff to stop packing the product cause the rates werent okay with us.In front of the cashier, the same sales guy said what is on paper is the final rate. It felt like the sales staff just wanted to show his boss that he had closed an order.Misleading the client to get an order isnt right. It felt like we were being cheated. It was too late in the evening and we had already spent a lot of time in the store. We couldnt go through the same selection process again elsewhere. Eventually, we paid the additional amount but went out feeling disappointed.Despite a great range of products, decent prices and a good sales staff, we walked out disappointed.

These people tag the items wrongly, and once you come to billing section, they announce that the prices are higher and the Barcode are wrong! The guy in billing even went on to say yeh India hai sir, yahaan sab chalta hai. Why tag my Nation in this! Highly disappointed! Miss the store if you can!
