Purchased a tshirt and sent it back for a return. After 8 months I still haven’t got my refund.I was told I needed a tracking number however if you read the returns policy this is listed points down the list and barely noticeable, not even made apparent.The item was paid 1st class for which I won’t even be receiving a refund for the p&p.Customer service said the team will sort through the returns and I’ll be notified....it’s been 8months.. so long that I forgot about it.I want something done about this.

Honestly i cant believe they have such bad reviews on here. Spent a fair bit of money on this websites and have multiple pieces of Ts, Tracksuits, caps etc. Never had a problem, delivery is always quick... honestly dont know of another clothing brand for the quality matching the price.

What jokes. Ordered a hoodie from the trapstar website and paid for the quicker delivery option which was 5-10 days. Waited for 11 days hadn’t recieved an email of it being dispatched. Emailed them back and they said I have to wait another week. Idiots! Better of going in store.

Went today to purchase a hoodie, my wife called up before hand to ask and reserve the item and the guy on the phone was super helpful and informed her we had two options and two colours, due to sizes running out he would reserve them! arrived at the store and was in two minds which one to buy and purchased one, while walking around changed my mind and the guy was so helpful and nice about it no hassle no fuss just said it happens and changed it, would recommend them and say the customer service is great! First time buying from them and will definitely bring using the store again.

Money taken through PayPal.13/12/19 DPD email to say it will be available for collection 14/12/19 from the place I requested.Not arrived at the pick up point.Telephoned 3 different numbers. One rang out. Two I left messages in the ansaphone.The order is a Christmas gift for my son. Looks like hes going to be very disappointed too

Orderd t shirt for son for christmas on the 28th of November still not received it phone numbers dont work it takes days for them to answer emails

Ended up getting the black signature hoodie with white text and DJ was playing bangers. Will go back to again. Highly recommend if you want designer for cheaper than supreme or bape or off white

Shocking customer service.Ordered online a hoodie for my son, 15 days after countless emails, rejected calls still no further to knowing if we are going to receive the order or were getting a refund. Ended up taking out a disputes claim with my bank and my money was returned to me. I bet Jay-z Rihanna a them havent received such incompetent service.

Ordered 3 things on the 26th of December currently 20th January I was so disappointed at how long it is taking for my items to come however there support team has given me fast replies and all the details I need to know about my order. Would personally go into a store and buy items rather than online but other than that I have all good to say.

Ordered twice and the first time they said the item was out of stock so had to go through paypal for a refund the second time they said my item was posted by royal mail special delivery and what a surprise no items again customer service is terrible i would not recommend anyone to buy of this company

I order December 26th I pay for delivery 3 to 10 working days the item arrived after a month when I call customer service they are very rude no respect at all. I emailed them many times they dont respond to email rather than responding customer enquiry they send you the adverts about the products . unprofessional also the quality of the item very poor cheap quality. It doesnt match with the price you pay for it is a bit doggy cellar scammer I dont recommend anybody to order from them please be aware this company something is wrong. Went into Birmingham Trapstar store today with the biggest hassle ever. Firstly address which is listed leads you basically into the middle of a busy road. Could not find the shop for a whole hour until told i have to go through tk maxx upstairs then out of that store to get to it. Secondly greeted by nice guy but as soon as we went in and started looking at clothes the staff inside were very arrogant. Clothes were decent and cool designs however the quality is Average, also not a good selection as there were only two racks out with a handfull of clothes. Wanted to take photos of the trapstar phonebox art but staff said not allowed. The 2 stars are for the nice guy at the door and the good music. Would not visit again over hyped very unprofessional store, not freindly at all.

Ordered 2 Trapstar T shirts just before Christmas for my son and daughter, Trapstar happily took the money out of my account, however it’s now Jan 2020 and we still haven’t received the tops, we have emailed & phoned but know answers from either, these were meant to be Christmas gifts, I am very disappointed

This is the worst place to order from and i 100% mean it. i don’t usually do this stuff like reviewing but im fumminnnng, honestly ive ordered over 7 times from here and everytime there has been a delay or fault or it was never in stock and they dont even bother to contact you, you have to find out yourself. Customer service takes 3 days to reply to 1 email I ordered on the 27/12/18 it is now 16/1/19 and still nowhere to be seen, I had to email them twice just for them to say it was never even in stock when I ordered which is not the first time it has happenedI love trapstar clothing but i would rather clothes shop from asda than ever order from here again they are absolutely useless with delivery, customer service

Absolutely terrible! Staff are plain rude! And it stunk of weed. Tried to return a jumper as it was in the wrong size after a week and swap it for the next size down, even though I had all recipts and jumper only got out the bag once to be tried on, they wouldn’t have it! Now I’m stuck with an £85 jumper that is miles too big for me! Can’t say I’ll ever vs going back there

Awful customer service and is a big hassle to return items. They only offer exchanges or a credit note. They told me to “put the item on eBay”, absolute joke.Their website is possibly worse when it comes to waiting for your order to arrive.Stay clear.
