It is a wonderful yoga site, FlowMix and Flowsoft classes are my favorites. It is very clean and the setting is perfect. It is a small thing, but it has a lot of charm.

Yuj, it is at the base of the word yoga, even a translation (I believe)! It reflects well what it means ... kindness, gentleness, sharing. And we feel that well in the studios (I tried them all!) Sharing with a big P, from teachers to students (I also tremendous progress since then, thanks to the choice of teachers that the studio puts at our disposal. Very good experience in this particular studio since it offers courses in the dark to infrared light! The courses offered are quite varied and loaned material is of good quality. Plus: two showers and changing rooms to refreshed clean and pleasant! A real pleasure !

I go to this studio as soon as I can, I find the concept really great, its a moment of absolute relaxation, and ultra fan of the teachers (Anais and Maria in particular) !! :)

A nice studio, design and pleasant. The changing rooms are clean, as are the showers. There is plenty of stuff available, so you dont have to take your house with you every time you go: shower gel, shampoo, towels, etc.I only know Faustine as a teacher, but just for her, the studio is worth the trip.

Its a yoga studio that I like a lot. I like infrared heat and running in the dark. The material is provided as well. I just love it.

Diving into the dark with infrared heat and to the rhythm of inspiring music is really the strong point of the concept. Let go guaranteed. The studios are very beautiful, clean and the changing rooms offer a toiletry kit, which is really practical (deo, rubber bands, shower gel, cotton swabs ect).However, I often find that the lessons are more like Fitness (body balance type) than a reasonable practice of yoga (especially Flowmix). The postures are chained too quickly without attention to security.The online reservation system should be reviewed because you cannot modify a reservation or be sure that you have made a reservation since there is no confirmation. I would also like to be able to follow the number of courses I have online. These are very basic options, the site must be updated.The studio of the 1st is not practical in my opinion (showers downstairs, we have to hurry to wash before the next lesson and there are only 2 showers for women).I dont like mats because they are slippery when dry and too thin for the knees. Not to mention their smell because they are constantly rolled while they are still wet.

Yoga class in a pleasant setting, too bad you have to pay more for the mat.

Appointment taken 2 times and canceled 2 times. First time without warning (I saw this for myself on the site). And 2nd time canceled and notified the same day.
