I visited the place in December 2020. It is a 10 storied building. First two floors are commercial shops and rest of the floors are residential.It has good parking space for visitors. There is a gym, dental clinic, ATM machine, barber shop, laboratory and other shops and offices.The building has 2 lifts but one of the lift is out of order. The location of this place is good as it is very near from railway station and bus depot. Also the vegetables market is near by.
