Bilgi is not a big city and not a too small city. Medium city with good hotels, bus stand facility and other facilities. It is not a historical place.

Bilagi cross on NH 4 BIJAPUR HUBLI highway. Its about 65 km from Bijapur and 120 km from Hubli. Bilagi Bus Stand is 3.5 km inside from Bilagi cross. In day time you can get a share auto at a normal charges but after 9.0pm its difficult to get the transportation from here. No autos available at auto stand. This cross is well developed and maintained.
