It is on the way to Lansdowne .Stay - location is riverside you relax and chill. Rooms are fine heater and ac both available. Tents are also there if you want to save cash.Food- Not bad but neither it is awesome.Service- it was ok. But room phone was not working properly.Biggest catch is the location you can also prefer to trek nearby places.

It was nice experience, place is peaceful. Staff is humble and cooperative. In tent geyser and TV is not available but hot water was provided in bucket. Food is served only in dinning room, it is not served in room.

Nice location and polite staff. The tents we stayed in were not properly maintained though. The bathrooms are in sorry shape. Most comode seats are broken. Food is excellent. Service is excellent too.

The staff and owners are amazing !! Very warm and flexible in their approach. Its also a unique property inside a valley! Room opens onto a little brook! Jump in and enjoy! Only minus point so to say is that this is not actually Landsdowne. It is 20+ kilometres away. 45 minutes+ But if you are prepared for it then this is great. Make sure you take badminton rackets, football, etc. And yes check out the tents. Quite cute!

Good location with friendly staff .....we enjoyed alot speacialy my little son.. he enjoyed running water and park .very good behaviour of staff nd owner..ther r tring their best to make you in ur comfort...even they make khichdi for my child.. very co-operative nd nice staff.....food is also good... overall best hotel where i stayed in my last 3 days.. so if you looking someting good dont missed it..

Good Locations and excellent Service by Staff. Kids enjoyed the stay with River water bathing and playing. Food was good...and freshly cooked. Staff is really very helpful and cooperative. Enjoyed the stay in full..

One classic example of Good Location yet a bad experience. It is located quite nicely and easy to reach yet the complete mis-management and absence of any Owner/Boss/Manager leaves a completely bad after-taste. The staff (Customer Service) is limited to two people only and they are also not fully versed even with their own restaurant menu. You have to not only write your own order but also explain it multiple times what you want exactly to ensure that you get the right food. Delay in service is totally understandable as everything is prepared fresh from the scratch but you keep guessing what are you gonna eat till the food is actually on your table. Staff (the two guys) are really polite and friendly and full points to them in trying to manage all the rooms and guests for everything they need. But you always feel irritated with their lack of understanding your requirements in the first go.Tents are not advisable at this locatin as they turn into ovens in the afternoon and are totally unbearable and in the night they are quite stale smelling for your comfort.Only positive is the accommodating, flexible and friendly nature of the staff and all the stars are for that only.You will keep expecting more and be left high and dry.

Hotel was good ..food quality is also good...the only issue is of wifi not availbale and network of mobile vanished so mobile conectivity was nil...

Its 20 km away from Lansdowne. However, recommend to stay here with the benefit of River facing...Kids can enjoy it.
