Is there any 0 star for this restaurant , believe me I made a mistake to visited there, why just because of their worst services, if you want to slowest services in Bilaspur then must visit there.

Modern day cafe with good seating arrangements and interiors, food is also pretty good. A must visit for a nearby resident.

There were flies all around. One has to constantly shoo them away while eating. Dishes were okay. Alfredo pasta was very sweet. But Sandwich and Nutella waffle were good.

No regular water.The first thing someone asks for when dining is water. Regular water. There is no shame in asking for it. It is by law, the right of every citizen to be served with water when asked for, and when some diner replies that there is no free water available, then it’s a statement which boasts of the quality this diner proudly delivers. I was looking forward to receive all the goodies thereafter. However, what I received were things unexpected. Mosquitoes, flies, loud senseless music, humid environment with no air-conditioning (they got switched on fifteen minutes later). The table had glass panel having remnants of oil all over. I was staring at them while the staff filled the bottle of colin (table cleaning solution) with drinking bottled water. The dining plates served were moist and the staff are cleaning it with paper napkins right in front.It took them 30 minutes to present us with half of what we ordered. Three of us were staring at the kitchen door wondering when the rest of the order will arrive. Staff is quite polite to interact. Every time we asked about the order, they respectfully told us that its on the way. After some more questioning, it was discovered that the staff forgot to write down the rest of the order. Slash the “Urban”, this is a legit dhaba except there is no free water.Lastly, one word of advice. Take along a sledgehammer if having any plans of coming here as that is what it takes to take out the liquid soap from the dispenser. Food was good by the way.

Amazing food n hospitality, ambience is quite lively....quality n quantity of food items are really good.....nice place for locals to visit for their cravings.....I would surely like to visit again and would like to recommend this place..... Missed the pics- will upload for sure next time

Damn!!! This was really bad. I heard it from many people that this place was good. So today I tried it. And to be honest I was really gobsmacked. Its a good place. But service is too poor. Just had to wait for a pasta noodle, 2 dripping lattes and a gluey sandwich for almost 90 mins. And the counter man was focusing more on the Zomato orders. I hope this cafe gets well soon. Cheers.

Yesterday my experience in box office is extremely worst,I had ordered paneer tikka sandwich and cheese chicken, to place my order they took 45 minutes and when I eat sandwich It was not grilled and even cold for which they charged 180/- and totally unworthy and Equivalent to only 18/- and in chicken they mayo sauce instead of cheese, So the conclusion is going to Box office is totally a wasting of money and time,plz guys do not prefer Box office.

Rating such because of the way coffee was served.The taste wasnt bad but serving it in a coffee mug should be considered.They charge good amount for a hot coffee and serve it like those in tapri.

We sat for 10 min...but no response we came out but even then there was no response though owner was sitting and having maggi.this is not at all professional.if you were not ready could have told your customer, sorry we are not available now.If this is professional attitude..sorry to say this is the worst attitude.

Best restaurant for food lovers in bilaspur who want to try new and unique dishes.

I liked the food here. 1 star less for screwing up my order of garlic bread. Twice! Of course they replaced the dish, they had to but it still did cause us inconvenience.
