Hotel rooms are nice, clean, cozy and all the necessary amenities like tea/coffee kits, toiletries etc are available. The location is nice. Also the staffs are well trained, the lady at front office is very polite and well behaved. Would recommend staying at this place. 9/10 at this price point.

Easily approachable from the airport..food is awesome value for money..service is fast and huge property to expose..it includes bar,spa, restaurant..overall experience was quite good.

Hotel is nice with cozy rooms and tempting food but disappointing towards service and management team manager was like aane se phele call krke puchna tha na kya kya facilities h service is very slowthey unnecessary extra charged facilities was not upto the 3 star rating standard there was no accomodation for drivers.

Highly recommend this place, good amenities and ambience, away from noise, staffs are well behaved, definitely visit this place if anyone is looking for good moments with family.

Good hotel to stay with good food. Overall worth to stay here as staff and property is very good.

Worst experience. Service was also worst. We demanded 4 bottles of water and it was fulfilled after 3 reminder and about one hour.

Location is quite far. It is actually a marriage banquet hall but otherwise it is being used as a hotel. One beat destination for folks in bilaspur
