No water. Dirty and smelly place. No cooler,if someone install it then, he has to pay 500 per room charges. Small rooms. But having nice views outside and environment is good for studies. Its location is at the centre of city in terms of educational institutions. Easy access to stationery salon national highway.

Room is quite small as per rent.Students have very poor thinking regarding ....cleanliness. they make noise some times......and make bathroom very dirty.

Near Stationary, railway station 2.5km, All tutorials their, DP college & Atal bihari bajpai university, and national highway

Parking facility, 24 hours water, electricity and water bill not to be rent separately, single bed, mattress, study table and rake will be available.

Bathroom is like sulabh complex
