From the owner point of view: the owner doesnt interrupt in any of the things. So you can live freely in your room and do whatever you want to do. Also the owner doesnt force students every now and then for the rent. So owner is very easy going and lenient.From cleanliness point of view: pathetic, very pathetic. Neither rooms nor toilets are cleaned ever. They will in starting say that toilets gets cleaned once in a week which is already too less, but even that isnt done here properly.No place to wash utensils, so students wash utensils in washroom only and even take bath there which makes the washroom in very bad condition and more pathetic when they are not cleaned.So are the pros and cons.Decide by yourself.
