Worst delivery service Ive ever encountered. The package was not delivered even after several days.Your calls to the delivery agents go unanswered. Also, the companys tagline should be reconsidered because the speed and convenience are really not the best.

I wouldnt give their services even 1 star. Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour, late delivery, hated their service the first time, hate it even more, cannot get any worse, especially the service in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. First of all, they dont provide proper details and contacts for office in small cities, and even when you somehow manage to find the number, theyll ask you to come to office and receive the parcel. There is no particular time to call their office and they come up with all sorts of excuses to save themselves from work. My parcel is being rescheduled since the last 2 days and when I called up the delivery guy, I was asked to collect my parcel from their office, on top of that the guy was extremely rude. Requesting DTDC to hire professionals and not illiterates who dont have basic courtesy when it comes to talking to customers.

Worst service. They received my parcel on 29th of oct 2019 and today is 5.11.2019. Till today they havent delivered me. Today morning i went to their office and i asked about the parcel so they said they will deliver today but till now 7pm they havent delivered. I request you all not to rely on this courier service.
