The store manager denied receiving the payment just because his machine didnt give him the sound alert. I even showed him my SBI mini statement where it clearly showed the debited amount but he just refused to listen. Upon asking him to check his account statement to verify the same, he shouted, do you want me to visit my home branch for this petty amount? both the shop owners are completely unaware of how the digital services work. They have no knowledge about UPI or net banking either. Over the top they have no idea that sometimes machines fail to work. They argue unreasonably which makes it all the more impossible to even educate them. Such dependency on a sound alert system for digital payments make them downward handicapped. If you ever visit them, make sure you pay in cash.

Dont make digital payment here, because shop owner does not have facility to check, he totally depends on sms which he receive. I have made payment of 38 rupees through bhim app. Transaction was successful but he didnt receive sms so I have to made payment again in cash mode. Worst experience.
