Delivery speed it not good at all

Delivery boy not contact via mobile to customer and mentioned/shows in ecom site failed delivery due to wrong address. Very bad Ecom Express service ....

Pathetic serviceThey hv never contacted me and revert to Amazon that I hv refused to accept the order and cancelled it. Later they delivered it, after calling on their customer care number.

13/09/2020. Just now received 3 indoor plants in Bilaspur from Ugaoo and I was shocked to see Betel leaf plant completely broken. All the plant boxes were cut by the unprofessional ecom express cuorier people and when I called them up unprofessional accent of talking. Please dont trust Ecom express specially in Bilaspur. No manners and very rude unprofessional people. They have cut all the plant boxes from between and broken the betle plant and box was ruptured completely shameless people.

Worst delivery service. Orders will not even reach to you. Weve ordered the medicines from Medlife and it hasnt reached us till date. Its a scam courier service I suppose. Ridiculous!

I was so satisfied with their service before they showed how irresponsible they are. I didnt got my parcel yet it was mentioned delivered and when I tried to contact them with the provided numbers over internet I couldnt. This is the first time I am very much disappointed with e com express service.
