Good stay and food was good, In Breakfast more item to be added, location is little out from city, hotel was clean and nice

Everything about the hotel is pretty good except for the location and its approach. Secluded from the main area though safe. Once you are into the property its a different experience alltogether. May be the scenario gets changed once the approach road is fully mended. Neat clean and hygenic hotel. Rooms are big and nicely decked up. They have a restaraunt a bar and a banquet. Both veg and non veg is there in menu. Food quality is good as per bikaners standard. They even have a swimming pool. Also they have some 8-10 swiss cottages(tent accomodation) with decent ambience for a new experience

This is chirag hotel... Has open area as well and closed also for lunch or dinner. Nice place .. taste was good. Ambience looks good to me.

Wonderful place very good experience

The rooms were basic with all the amenities. We looked into other rooms and the rooms were bigger than us. I am not sure how they assign room to customer. The main issue we faced was while check in. I was traveling with my husband but the person sitting on the front desk asked us to show our marriage proof. This is not acceptable under any law and order. The breakfast buffet was ok with options like poha, idli sambhar, sandwich, bread omlette, cookies.

Really nice ambience, courtesy staff, car washing also available on minimal charges.nice food and bar service. breakfast is good enough but can be improved with veggies.Swimming Pool is indoor, Big Lawn with soothing green grass gives a pleasent view. Room Hygene is perfect, Dental kit was missing. Minibar is also available in the room. Rear view of hotel is also nice. you can select this hotel without any hesitation. I am sure you will not be disappointed.Overall I can give it 4.5/5.

Very professionally managed hotel in a city like Bikaner. Awesome maintenance along with garden and greenery. Highly humble and professional staff. Restaurants staff was very much trained and friendly. Overall a perfect place to stay with all modern days aminities.

Its an excellent property. All the facilities and management are well managed. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are totally perfect. Food is awesome there. Only the problem is location , location is not that much efficient . Nice accommodation and its a very clean property.

The hotel is away from the Main City and hence you will not find public conveyance like Auto, Ola etc easily. If hotel is arranging Auto etc it will be triple the Normal Price.Its a local; owned Hotel and hence not managed like a Chain Hotel, though the amenities etc are good

Hotel Chirag Bikaner has all that can be positive about a hotel. We were greeted very well by Mr. Mohan Singh and the very humble Mr. Sharma. The best part is that it rained a lot reminding us about a costal area rather than the great Thar desert. Not much to complain a perfect place to spend a few days.

One of the worst experience. restaurant staff behaviour was worse. not at all happy to serve you if any foreigner is also on another table. entire staff will attend only them. they dont know how cook Chinese dish without cabbage they will straightaway refuse to serve you. timing is very strict. after 10:00 am they wont serve breakfast to you. if someone from hotel is agreed to serve breakfast. then also you never know who will come and ask how dare u have your breakfast after 10:00 as the time is over. its a middle school not hotel. they have swimming pool but u need to pay for it. so funny.

Nice budget hotel in Bikaner. Location is bit far from main town. Takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the hotel. Its situated in peaceful place. Food served is really nice. Rooms are ok. As size was quite compact. Bathrooms were well maintained and cleaned. Adequately sized with all amenities. Recommended for 1 night stay only.

Very very nicely built. Equipped with all modern amenities. Staff and owner were too cooperative. Not less than any 3 or 4 Star category. Only thing missing is a Game-relaxing room with a Carom or Billiards etc.But Yes, out of Hotels in Bikaner one must stay here.

Good hotel but Greedy Management!I booked this hotel and stayed here on 4th January 2018. At the time of check out, they asked doubled amount saying that the room was booked at very low cost wrongly. I was wondering when contacted to ibibo customer care, they advised to pay only amount as per booking ticket issued by goibibo. Finally, I paid only booking amount. But I got bad experience of their unprofessional management.This hotel is good but beware of scams and cheating. Giving 2 stars because hotel is good and comfortable to stay. Removing 3 stars just because of their Greedy Management.

I had issues checking in. I had spoken to the manager a day before to tell him Im going to check in early to which he said theyll adjust. But when I reached, they had no rooms and I had to wait for about two hours outside.The hotel staff that was present was really apologetic and took good care of me after that. But the manager who I had spoken to was present, neither showed up later. It is a clean place good for business stays otherwise. Just make sure they they do what they say.

I was happy when I checked in to hotel suite was good and clean.but I got first shock when one of my guest come to see me and he was stopped by the receptionist than he contacted to me and I asked Why did you stopped him he replied we do not allow a local guest in room..seriously very cercastic and disappointed experience with hotel and goibbo too..I advise goibbo that you should clear hotel rules first. Because hotelier thinks if u have already paid than no need to take care of that guest.Thanks.

Well....I booked it through goibibo but couldnt go to the hotel due to some personal issue...but the manager Mr. Rajiv was absolutely helpful in accepting my request to shift the booking by one day without any extra payment.....

Service quality should be checked...there should be no confusion what guest ordered and what hotelier serving.

Stayed with family for one night.booked two deluxe rooms.both with double beds.but was given one king and one twin beds.both rooms were of different size.one room was half the size of other.on complaining to reception for change of room they said twin bedroom is available .I was shifted to so called silent corner room but even the ring from adjacent housekeeping room could be heard all the time.felt bad.hotel is in outskerts of city.was told can be upgraded to suite at extra charge which I did not wanted to pay.breakfast is ok.restaurant is good.
