Decent hotel, though you might feel in the middle of nowhere. Interiors are pretty dull, nothing to spark interest, although it is 4 **** classified. Event rooms are quite ok, the smallest one being the nicest. Food? Nothing impressive, again feels like over starred.

Make no mistake, this 4 star hotel is just a place to make a wedding if youre not from bucharest and if youve never been to a real 4* hotel. The cleanliness of the room isnt great, when i entered the bathroom there was a pretty old toothbrush left in the holder, i can only hope the rest of the bathroom was cleaned properly. Next to the night table there was a pretty thick layer of dust, one didnt even have to focus to observe it.Regarding the atmosphere of the room: i could rest, despite the hotel having parties at every level - the sound was no problem. A big problem was the HVAC system: the room temperature was about 30º C constantly. I had to sleep with the window tilted (outside were -1ºC) and i was still warm - didnt even use the blanket.A big disadvantage of leaving the window open was that the whole smell from the kitchen came into the room.Another problem was with the parking, given that i visited this place for the new years eve party, it was full, but i did not expect to be directed to park on a field, in mud (kinda ruins the whole evening suit combination)I will avoid this place in the future.Ive heard the hotel also had a swimming pool, i wont dare to imagine the smell of the air during hot summer days (an unsanitary landfill - Glina - is 4 km away)

Dont stay here. Unfriendliest staff weve met in Romania.(Not the guy in the restaurant but the receptionists!) They gave us a feeling of leave us alone! although the costs per night are rather high and we were the only guests. No smiles, no advices, no helpful information about the hotel itself. Questions were answered briefly.This place needs a renovation, parts of the bathrooom looked shabby and the shower seemed very hard to clean.Only positive thing is the location because you can walk to the metro easily to get to Bukarest Center and leave to the black sea in the next morning.

Dear sir/madamI had stayed at your hotel recently between 13th and 15th August and felt the need to send you a review for your hotel and especially for one of your female receptionist who worked on a night shift on 13th August. She suprised me with her positive attitude professionalism and amazing kindness towards customers. She helped me find a taxi when i was confused of where to go and what to do and was extremely kind and patient with me, she also wrote me a note in romanion which i could show to the taxi drivers of the exact place where we wanted ti go. I can easily say she is one of the best receptionist I have ever met because of her attitude during work, Her willinges to go the extra mile so customers will feel more comfortable and the amazing big smile she had at all times!

If you have an alternative you should compare carefully! The Mari Vila personal avoids to use any nice word and as guest you are a disturbance.I was happy to leave, the condition of the room was definetly not romanian 4* standard

Checked out 4 hour after arriving. The noise from guests in other rooms partying was a joke. Staff were not willing to help so I found a new hotel. Avoid!

Though smoking inside the rooms is forbidden by law I was advised to smoke, the cigarettes smell was all over. I havent enjoyed the staying.

It is a family location, nice, small compared to other locations.The entrance fee is a bit high considering that it forces you to drink. Price / adult L-V 75 lei of which 30 lei you receive back in the form of tokens (5 lei), price / child 50 lei of which 20 lei you receive back. On weekends it is more expensive 95 and 60.It has 1 childrens pool with a maximum water of 1m and you can sit very quietly on the sunbed to supervise the child.You can dance freely, without being afraid considering the size of the water. The only downside to this pool is its very small size. If more than 10 children enter, they kind of hit each other. The other pool is for adults, with a bar where you serve the water you order, meaning the chairs are in the pool, and the size of the water where the bar is is 1.50 m then increases to 2 m. There is also a mini park, a ping-pong table and a volleyball court.The menu is fast food, but the prices are quite low compared to other locations. The service is more difficult, because only 2 bartenders-waiters and 1 picol are employed, who serve at 2 bars, on the terrace and at the pool. I recommend to parents who go alone with children, because they can really relax.

I forgot to mention that I wanted to complain, I went to the hotel reception and the gentleman there made me write on a notebook telling me no one reads anyway my inconveniences. Beautiful! He will care a lot about his clients, apparently it matters more to the Pulica employee who has immunity from working there since his mother gave birth to him or is a relative of his boss. Anyway, I repeat, the maximum commotion, insensitivity as the house, everyone does what he wants, as an employee, but as a client not to move to the left 4 cm after the sun as you risk being kicked out by Mr. Pulica, raised by a mahalagioaica .

Horrible! This hotel is not worth even a star, apart from the fact that it has some out-of-the-box prices, I received moldy bread and fly soup at the table !! Shy!

I do not recommend this hotel. During the week when at 00:26 the accommodated guests should probably rest, here you wake up to the rhythm of the manele vibrating the walls!

Overall, it doesnt even deserve a star. The lady at the front desk is attentive and nice, the room is clean, but the shower drain was clogged, the water was seeping into the tub. The gentleman who served breakfast and the food served did not deserve the money. We were spoiled for breakfast. The food was not only old, but rotten, moldy. And the gentleman who served us said calmly ,, I have not seen ,, .....

He was a guard, something that wouldnt let me sit on the couch. Saying hes reserved. There was nothing written on the chaise longue.When I went to report the incident to the front desk, I was told that nothing could be done, that it was old and had immunity.

I only went to the pool .. It is very nice, there is also a smaller pool for children ..Admission 75 lei (Monday to Friday) of which 30 lei in chips with which you can buy what you want.There is a pool bar and a restaurant with a terrace.Very ok staff.Big noise, neighborhood world ...... a bit uneducated.Otherwise I liked it. 👍

There are too few employees at the restaurant who cant handle the flow of customers, and the pool staff has unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend.

The water in the big pool was green, when you go to a pool you wait to see your feet, here you dont even see your hands in the water, everything is quite old although it looks like a hotel after 2000, 30 lei for a potato schnitzel ... Maybe if the pool water was clean I wouldnt be so disappointed

The service at the restaurant is done by unqualified staff.On Sunday I got a baptism with live manele, so the myth of a pleasant and discreet location was kind of shattered.

I was on 06.07.2021 at the hotel pool, considering that I went to most of the pools in Bucharest and surroundings, this pool delighted me, it is very quiet, very clean water, the services are quality, very good and fresh food, the prices for drinks and food are accessible to any pocket, one of them won me this year! There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children!

I only went to the pool, its very nice, the entrance is only based on the reservation, its not so crowded, the price is justified. The drinks seem a little expensive to me. The only negative thing would be that jumping in the water is still done, despite the big posters that say it is forbidden.
