We have worst experience with fone solutions, on 12/10/2020 we bought samsung A31 mobile from fone solutions Bicholim, while buying mobile the boy on shop assured that they will give good service, if anything happened no need to worry they them self will take to service center for proper service and all, yesterday that mobile suddenly went off and screen is completely black and when we went to fone solutions they told us they cant do anything...... we only have to take it to service center, also said we are not taking any responsibility which is completely wrong.
