The food is okay, but the staff is usually very unfriendly. If you ask to scan your app or for anything other than the absolute basic on your sub, youll be greeted with a passive aggressive silence. Do yourself a favor and go to the Big Bite on Bergen Storsenter instead. They have a way more friendly staff and genuinely seem to care that you have the best experience possible

Very bad staff it was terrible experienceOne of the ladies dealt with me in humiliating way on front of my child!!!!! because I was checking if they put one of the ingredient or not... this lady kept repeating the ingredient name and laugh as I am idiot and didnt understand what shes saying!!!she made me a joke for other customers!!! that wasnt acceptable at all!!

I often shop with you. Today Friday the 06. 08.21 I was with you. I ordered today and the young man made the food. He really makes the best Subs. Every time he makes subs for me, I like to brag to him. This time I pulled myself together and wrote this review. Take good care of him, he really makes the best subs in town.

What in black is this. The staff gives me the wrong food, cold tacos, the wrong meat and no cheese (I paid extra for the cheese)

Naughty people, do not give me what I paid for, sky with the eyes and those who work there speak very low

The naughtiest people I have met ruined my day completely.

To put it in the middle. The very worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. No. 1: We get there there is a female employee probably general manager there. . Angry and grumpy is the first thing that meets us and we feel FAR from welcome. She stands with her hands behind her pockets before cooking. Far from delicate. We ordered food that is actually to be heated, we got it ice cold and she would not heat it for us. NEVER COME HERE.

Poor service, very dissatisfied. It is not often that one gets in a bad mood from another human being, with what happened here. 😅

Poor customer service, angry and responds minimally. tough bread, almost no toppings at all, tasteless, 5 corn kernels and 3 onion strips. Have each on bigbite many times but this is one of the worst I have experienced.

I havent been to one place with such poor customer service before! and the prices are to vomit! first you do not get what you pay for and then you are treated like a dog! go somewhere else!

Me and my boyfriend ate here, and what can I say? It didnt exactly make my life any better, or my prospects somewhat brighter. Im happy with how things look, and Big Bite Xhibition did nothing about it from or to.
