I went for diagnostics. Here is my experience,- Mr. Soma Shekar doctor and duty doctor Krishna are good and responded well.- Nursing staff behavior staff is worst. We paid bills for 7 tests but they argued that all tests are completed without doing all (only 4/7 are done). we went after 2hrs to collect reports, but only i got 4reports and that time i got to know that remaining tests are not done. After 1hr argument from my side, they took samples for remaining tests.- Security is not allowing visitors to sit in Visitors place.== Overall : Not recommended because none of them respond well. I felt they are more concentrating on money.

Nothing is in order. Emergency services are not properly maintained.Security, nursing staff and housekeeping staff are very disrespectful in the way they speak to patients and attendants.It looks like patients are coming here only becoz of doctors. Once they experience rereal time ordeal, no one would prefer to come here. There is no proper feedback mechanis.I can say that nursing staff is the worst, toilette docgor asks them to give medication, they forget and they say they are busy. We need tokeep on reminding them about giving medication to the patient. Cleaning staff enters patients rooms where vacant beds available, and having their breakfast.I hope the top management will look into these issues and take proper action.

I have admitted because pancreas problem,I was in a serious condition, then I went under treatment of Dr. M sree Harsha. With in 2 days he made me normal. I went through sivior pain, one painkiller didnt work with the combination he made my pain relif. His decision at my peak intense time he is just awesome. Very supportive way, friendly. Under went treatment for urinary problem as out patient in April 21, all investigations, blood, urine, ct scan were done after that even without going through the reports properly a tablet prescribed and asked to come after a month, due to lock down could not go for review and requested the urology department personnel to enquire the doctor whether the same medicine can be continued, The staff bluntly refused my request and gave a rude reply that nothing can be done over phone, one has to come for consultation again, already I am under treatment, I think even in emergency also they may behave in the similar manner , then I asked main reception person who spoke without any courtesy. Perhaps the hospital administration might have trained the staff to behave like this, otherwise minting money is not possible, more than treatment at least they should maintain minimum vaues

She did normal delivery even though we gave consent for c-section as it became complicated in last few hours. She gave us updates time to time during the whole delivery procedure, which really helped us keep calm. Patients should be treated with care, especially the elderly ones. Weather it may be a hospital or any other place. But it was not the case in Ayush hospitals. The staff were of no help to others.They should assist the elderly people in their hospital. Also there was no place even to stand. There was lot of crowd present & very less space.Have to spend hours & hours waiting due to this huge crowd.

My daughter Safely delivered (normal delivery) baby girl on March 6th 2021.Head Nurse Bhavani helped a lot and looked after my daughter like a baby. She and the team worked very well.

Dr. Sree HarshaD.M(Gastroenterology)Very bad attitude and will not update you the details reg problem.Poor at diagnosis.Atleast he should learn good attitude.Unfortunately we approached him as we are in emergency for my father. Second time after seeing his no use treatment and lack of knowledge in explaining the problem to patient family. We approached the different hospital later where my father atleast got to know the diagnosis issue and got well in few days.Just think before you got to Aayush they charge more and the attitude and treatment is not worth.

I went here to see and orthopaedic. The hospital is pretty big having almost doctors from all disciplines. The fee I was charged was Rs. 600. Doctor was polite and I was not asked for any unnecessary xrays or scans etc.

I have undergone Endoscopy in Aayush hospitals, vijayawada, andhra pradesh. Procedure was conducted by Dr. M. Sree Harsha garu. I was very nervous to undergo endoscopy, since one of my friend who have undergone endoscopy in one of the hospital in hyderabad have told me that, the process would be very painful and unbearable. I was in that phobia, but my previous negative thoughts about endoscopy have changed,after undergoing the procedure under the guidance of Dr. Sree Harsha garu. His treatment was smooth and there was no pain. His soothing words made me bold enough to undergo the process freely. The procedure lasted for 5 to 10 min. May be only few Docs like Harsha garu can handle things in different ways.Thanks to Harsha Sir and Aayush hospitals for smooth and agony less treatment.

One of the worst hospital which is oriented towards money of the client rather than serving quality facility to the patient.once we are paid online for the consultation fees then only doctor will call through watsapp for hardly 2 to 3 minutes. For covid patients also they are recommending tests worth 10000 and once you have any issue like low oxygen or high temp they are clearly mentioning that no beds are available so arrange bed at other hospital.how they can be so senseless that they are taking only cases for taking out required money from patient and then leav e them helpless for other hospitals.not recommending this hospital to anyone although it is listed b y icmr in aarogya setup app.serving patient is a money taking business here.

I had booked an appointment for covid vaccine through cowin website. When I reached the hospital at the appointed time they said there is no vaccine available even though I am over 45 yrs with comorbities with an appointment for the vaccine. They said the central government app is faulty and giving appointment to anyone. I think they are selling the appointments to whoever is paying them on the side

Wen I was pregnant in 2018 and having low lying placenta , I have visited so many hospitals in Vijayawada and everyone told that I have to go for ceaserean only. In my 8th month of pregnancy I got to know about Dr. Geeta madam in Aayush hospital and she treated me well and she & her team helped me in delivering the child through normal delivery.Now in my second pregnancy also my baby has passed motion in womb and the labour pains are not progressing yet they waited & supported & helped me for normal delivery. Even the attending sisters were gentle & nice.I am so thankful to the team and especially Dr. Geeta madam.

As soon as admitted, Dr. Manikanta, Emergency medicine physician and Dr. Madhavi, General Medicine Physician taken care very well and discharged in 3 days with stable condition. All staff are very supportive and cost-effective also. Thanks to Aayush team for such a speedy recovey.

I Thank Aayush hospitals for saving my life in this Pandemic.I had a severe pain in my abdomen for 4-5days which I felt was a general pain. On 6th day i couldn’t bear the pain at all. I met Dr Sree Harsha, Medical Gastroenterologist, after examination advised investigations and I was diagnosed with a CBD Stone. Doctor advised to undergo immediate ERCP procedure for stone removal and stent placement at the earliest as my pain worsens. I was in panic state but Dr explained me the procedure very well and his communication made me understand the things better which helped me in taking decision. I underwent the procedure the next day without any complications and discharged within 24hrs. The procedure went with great ease, I could able to get up and walk within 4hrs after the procedure. My pain went off completely and I am back to my normal life in 3days. The Quality of care provided in the hospital by Drs and nursing staff is commendable. In wake of Covid-19 Pandemic, I am afraid of infections in the hospitals, but the care in hospital was completely outstanding, all the staff in the hospital are strictly following Covid-19 protocols, sanitization is happening all the time. I was also screened for covid-19 before the procedure as a protection for the team who is taking care of me. The communication of the staff was very gentle and my stay was very comfortable with great care. Dr. Sree harsha’s timely diagnosis and explanation of the procedure before surgery was excellent. These helped me in decision making and prepare myself for the procedure without any fear. Care from nursing staff was outstanding, they made my stay in the hospital very safe and comfortable. Even after discharge Dr. Harsha called me twice for checking on my health and my recovery. I would like to thank Dr. Sree Harsha, Gastroenterology team and team Aayush for saving my life. I strongly recommend Aayush Hospitals to everyone for better care with the kind of expertise in the hospital.

This is literally the worst hospital. This experience of mine here is the worst experience ever! This experience here deserves 0.All they care is about money !!?We have trusted this hospital immensely!But NO. The result we got turned our lives upside down....My grandfather admitted in this hospital due to some lung issues and lack of oxygen..They said ok we will take care..But, when we asked them hows his situation after his ten days of extreme pain, they say sorry we cant improve his situation now..So, as we wanted him back healthy and happy , we asked the doctors if we can shift my grandpa to another better hospital in hyderabad for further treatment, they said no we cant as his condition suddenly became critical.HOW IS IT EVER POSSIBLE!( When my grandfather successfully did a video call to us and said he is alright until this deadly nightmare come true!)They called us and informed that they are shifting him to the ventilation.So... At morning they said that we are very sorry.They killed my grandpa by stopping oxygen.This is all for their filthy money sake.So, after that we went to collect this CT scan reports and others.But the reports we got are complete different.They gave us somebody elses medical report where there is a brain scan instead of lung scan of my grandfather.This is the administration of ayush hospitals.

Visited the Cardiologist Dr.Gopala Krishna last week . Doctor is more experienced in terms of identifying the severity .My mother has high triglycerides in blood and suffering with BP , diabetics His suggestion in reducing the weight/Obesity is good. When we asked about the plan he gave very casual answer like dont eat breakfast ,drink water ,cut 50% food etc. My sincere suggestion is please take an assessment on the food habits and give your opinion. Which food will increase triglycerides we can get it from internet.But from an expert we might expect where do we make mistake in taking food and timings.We came out of the consultation room with mind set that reduce the food to 50% . That will be fine for a person who dont have BP and Diabetics.Luckily we dont see any issue in ECG,2D Echo and all. Doctors intention is good but way of conveying is difficult to take. At least he could have assess the food habits and ask us what to cut in diet to make it 50%

The name really means for this hospital. My in-law brought here with severe lung damage and high death risk. The way the Drs and staff treated was really excellent. He was recovered very well and doing fine. I would like to thank pulmonologist Dr Gopala krishna garu and Dr Manikanta from emergency. They have done wonderful job.

Too much bureaucracy in hospital administration. They wont care about you unless you have a recommendation from politicians. They charge much more than other hospitals for same treatment with same facilities.
