You can get shoes and sandals for everyday use. Fancy ones are not good and quite expensive also. Better to buy branded ones which is of good quality and last long. No proper parking space here. Okay okay place to buy foot wears.

I felt that the staff is not very aware about there own products and the offers on them. Also they are not very courteous to the customers.

Bata has lost its way in the foor wear business, completely. Ther products are out of fashion and taste. Service is late and not up to the standard. Atmosphere was not conducive for a family to shop. We did not like the service at all and returned back.

The bata stores usually have a good collection but not here. On the top, the staff at this particular store was pathetic.

Stores personnels are so polite and they really want to help you out

Batas standards have gone very low:1. Time on google shows opens 9:30AM , however it kept us waiting till 10:20 AM to be opened !2. Once we entered , both the counter lady in black and the man in red were least bothered of the customer and they were busy in their talks , even after seeing us enter . Neither did they ask us what we were looking for , nor did they help us get the sizes of shoes we asked for . When I asked the lady she pointed towards the man and asked us to ask him . When we asked him , he was rude saying its not there , anything we asked for was not there . The shop was in a mess all shoes scattered on the floor and floor was extremely dirty to walk bare foot .3. We finally ended up helping ourselves as none helped us , and while we were doing that , the red T-shirt man comes and says dont take all shoes if you are not taking , take only what you want to buy !!! really ? I mean what does that mean in a shoe shop !!?4. Anyways , we had to buy something as we were form a different place outside of BBSR and wanted a footwear badly to replace my existing broken one until I reached my home town back .PS: Bata in mangalore is much better, these ppl must go there to learn how to great and treat their customers!

A pretty useful and good shop near the KIIT corner, Its usually populated with students and it also has good quality and different types of shoes available. No changes in price unfortunately, its the same cost as any other Bata store.

Stock is not good , neither the staffs. Disappointed to visit a bata store where nothing really good we found.Variety is less, staffs are not bad but not knowledgeable.

The showroom has decent collection; nothing extraordinary. However it is understaffed or customer care is their least priority.

Authorised Bata store.For quality check expiry date etc. They dont provide any discount.

I have purchased a pair of ladies shoe in 2017. After 6months the side skin started to peel off.In April 2018 i brought a costly new pair of different material, they registered my mobile number and told that for any kind of repair bring the shoes along with the bill.In the month of june last week i noticed that its backside soles are coming out and mostly worn off....I never thought it will get damaged so soon within 2months!!!..unfortunately i didnt keep the bill..They denied repair because i dont have the bill. they said they cant do anything with my mob. no. alone.. coincidently another guy came and shouted that his shoes sole came out within two days.So the shopkeeper said 70% off means it is already damaged!! u were not supposed to buy it. Finally I repaired my shoes in local shope just in 40 Rs....The quality and services of Bata is going worse day by day.And guys everything is in the bill!!

Well decorated showroom. Staff are good.

They lack latest trendy collections and we had to wait for more than half an hour for the staff to pay attention to us.
