Those of you who dont want to read in details- Bad service, careless approach and poor management.IN DETAILAbsolute garbage in the name of service. No details provided at the time of delivery and you have to reach out to them personally if you want more details. In my case, we ordered some stuff and asked by when was it gonna get delivered, they clearly said 10.30. We waited till 12, tried reaching out to them and got no reply back. We tried canceling the order but still no reply from their side, their status kept showing online but they never cared to reply to my messages. I doubt the quality of the products provided there, you cant expect anything good from a business that neither maintains any contact with their customer nor gives a damn to apologize for the delay. Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from them, save your money and go for better options.

Had ordered Mati Handi Mutton- it had had that rustic element to it as it was nicely packed in a earthen pot. The mutton curry had that unique taste which home kitchens can only provide. The meat was tender, the gravy was delicious and the unpeeled Aloo which is a must in such curries made my lunch fulfilling. Must try 👍🏽

Service Not up to the mark. Ordered on May 2 Order number 4187. Still in Processing status. No response from customer support. (only Whatsapp Mode). No estimate delivery info. You Just order and boom nothing happens thereafter.

They dont even respond. Last bothered attitude. This is COVID time as we wanted some essential thing. But they didnt respond whether they can deliver in required time frame or not.

I ordered grocery items..pulses, biscuits and masalas..They were bought from local store..Hence pulses were loose and packed in a polythene..The person who came to deliver did not wear mask which is a big NO at this time. He unpacked the items at my house from his bag which I would not recommend as they could be packed properly and would be delivered at our doorstep which would mean contactless delivery instead of unpacking them one by one.I asked for the bill..He said to pay 46 rs more than the original bill i recieved as one of the item charged more..But final bill which I received did not mention it. So some of the work needs to be done at this part so that atleast the final bill should have the increased amount.But as a new start up I would try it once more as the delivery is done within 24 hrs.
