The food taste below average. A lot of items in the menu they don’t serve. In- room dining takes minimum 40 to 50 minutes, which is too much to wait for your food. Wifi doesn’t works. The good things are that the ambience is good, staff is cordial, rooms are spacious and the housekeeping services are clean and hygienic.

Place is little secluded but infrastructure is great. Food taste is equally good. Loved their club sandwich and mutton biryani.

Stayed one night while was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata by road, being a pricier side they added extra cost for a kid of 7 year and forced me to pay extra for just the night stay, the duration of the stay was from 4 pm to morning 4 am without any extra facility outside the room. We didnt asked for extra bed or pillow either, not took the breakfast.. rooms are good has decent parking space too.While leaving in the early morning the lift didnt reached basement and they denied to switch on the lift.

To begin with I felt cheated this time. I remember at the time of making booking,i came across that the breakfast would be complimentary but at the time of check in I was told by your front office staff that the same is chargeable. i was allotted Room No. 210 which did not have a king size bed. This was again frustrating. Despite knowing the no. of guests and making the remittance in full in advance it was failure on the part of your front office Executive to dispense his duties. The bathroom was the next place of concern. The water seemed getting accumulated and probably improper screening off water after check out of last guest has caused slime to deposit on the floor making it very slippery. In fact my wife almost slipped at one point of time. God forbid no accident took place The toiletries too were half exhausted and not replenished with fresh stock. Restaurant staff were very much courteous and dining was ok.I would request the management to take note of the above shortfalls pointed out and head for necessary rectification. Raja Paul

The hotels dont change bedsheets on daily basis and bed sheets are not neat. Room cleanliness need to improve alot. Lot of confusions in the hotel amongst the staffs. Poor value for money. Many services are not available such as laundry service, room service beyond 1030 pm though they claim 24x7 room service. You will feel embarrassed if you choose complimentary dinner though hotel charge more than 700rs for dinner. There is no personal touch in the hotel. Only few good well mannered staffs make the lively.

Had my sisters wedding today on 12th June, 2020 during Quarantine. The food was amazing, they maintained hygiene from the moment we entered, while serving the food to the moment we left. The taste of the food was not compromised, it was delicious!! The hall was beautifully decorated. The hotel is beautiful. The service was good. Overall it was an excellent experience!!

Terrible place, horrible staff. The place is listed as a stacation, where people can come and relax, but turns out none of the facilities are even 1% of the promised. Rooms dont get cleaned even after calling the room service for 5 hours. Dirty dishes from the previous person who stayed there for hours stinking. Out of the listed amenities none are available, be it the food which as described in MMT are free suddenly becomes chargeble, the swimming pool closed at 5 pm and if u ask if u cn go and sit there they say there are no lights. Avoid it at all costs. Better book a room at MayFair or HHI but never here.

My friend had arranged his daughters birthday party at Padmaja.The ambience is awesome and the property is well maintained as well. I loved the eye for detail in decorating the place. It is beautiful!The snacks array was sumptuous and each one had their fill. The kebabs were well cooked and the veg starters were awesome as well. Jalapeno ball peppers were the star of this section. Crispy fish fingers were awesome!The main course spread was awesome as well. The steal of the main course spead was the steamed fish prepared in mustard gravy. Even if you visit the restaurant for a family dining experience, dont miss this dish.I loved their dahi bhallas... Had I not stuffed myself with non veg appetizers earlier, this would have been my primary focus area!Overall we had an amazing dining experience. Pathetic management and careless staff.. I had planned my wedding here but due to mismanagement of hotel staff it was completely ruined... Day before my wedding there was another wedding at that same hall.. They did not evacuated the hall in time due to which our decorator could not decorate the stage and bedi properly... They just got 2-3hrs to decorate the entire venue. Decoration was below average.room service experience was not also good.inspite of booking a month ago they gave me room keys 1hr later.i m very disappointed.Sincere request to all of u..
