They dont listen to your calls ,they work on their timing,but if someone need medical services urgently what they have to do? wait for their convient timing .

Nursing staff will provide medicines to patient, latrine or toilet part nursing staff will not care. They are not active enough to work but wait and watch to your instruction. Not value for what we pay. At least for paralysed patients team is unworth.
