Worst experience by sales staff....not worry about customer.. arrogant behaviour....

Do not purchase from this place if you value your money. I purchased a fridge and washing machine a few days ago and the product delivered to me was different from what I ordered and in the end all they said was sorry! Rest assured patra electronics will definitely cheat you!! I have already put up a complaint in the consumer forum and by all means will drag them to court.

Do not purchase from Patra Electronics, If you dont want to lose your money. After selling the product, no one will respond and if they do it is of no help at all.

Very cooperative staff gave honest and decent opinion ..all brands of Airconditionr,washing machine, refrigerator, water purifier, Led,Dslr camera,Mobile phone,fan,grinder,Microwaves,dryer,small home appliances are sold in actual price,sales staffs are good and also gives the actual information about products and delivery time...
