Purchaged one mi power bank on day of Ganesh puja. after one day when i tried to use it its not working. I thought because of lack of charge. Fully charged again same problem. When i called the store they told me to contact service center. When a newly brought Gadget not working why should i contact service center why cant u exchange it. Horrible pathetic poor service. Not upto expectations
