This builder has given us lies after lies for 8 years. We have not yet received our flat, no OC given to any resident who had their flats completed. Extremely non professional, has zero integrity and continuously making fake promises of completion deadlines since last 8 years. If possible I would give them negative rating. Do not waste your hard earned money by investing in SJ Developers projects.

I booked the royal habitat apartments of SJ developers in 2012. It’s been almost 9 years and still struggling to get the Occupancy Certificate from them. I know the founders of SJ through my family. So my booking was purely based on trust and I referred many of my friends and relatives who bought few units in the same project. I am feeling bad for them. Starting from IT engineers, doctors, bankers, govt officials to retired old personnel booked their units in this project and now they are in limbo. I request you to invest on SJ projects on your own risk.

Had booked a flat in early 2013 in the flagship project called Royal Habitat. The progress went well only till they collected bulk of the money and then abandoned the project. Yet to get possession even after 8 long years. Moreover they are trying to fool the customers by engaging in fake reviews. This just demonstrate the ethics of the builder. Please make an informed choice do that your dream of a Dream House doesnt remain a unfulfilled dream.

Yet to get possession of flat 7 years after booking. Changed timeline of delivery at least half dozen times. Latest promises is to deliver by june 2021. Will come back and change rating if they keep up their final promises. Until then i hope google introduces negative stars for builders like this.Date: 08/08/21OK, So this is my follow up review to above. I said I will update the review based on their above promise and you know what they really deliver the flat. Not the real flat but the another promise to deliver it sometime in my lifetime and If I died prematurely like before completing 100 earth year it will be delivered to my heir :D. Disgusted people. horrible service. Just wondering how they are getting sleep after getting curse from all the people who have put their hard earned money.

I booked a flat in phase 2 of royal habitat and it’s been 5 years now waiting for possession. The construction progress is so bad that even after 5 years not a single brick has been done on my tower. Please be very very careful when you invest in SJ projects. Please don’t waste your money here to buy tension and anxiety

Its close to 10 years I am waiting for my property. Learnt the biggest lesson of life.. NEVER EVER purchase property from SJ Developers.seems they are one of the biggest liars I have faced in my life. They dont have OC for this project. Worst experience ever...

I had booked a flat in a 4 floor tower at their flagship project Royal Habitat, where 2 floors were already built. I booked my flat in July-August 2014. The possession date was around 2018 September. Its now 7.5 years and they took 95% of payments, but not have given possession. From last approx. 3 years they always give a new date for possession with OC.i am not sure if i will ever get my flat. They always make a new promise but always fail to fulfil it. I am really frustrated with them and dont recommend anyone to buy property with them.

Had booked a flat seven years back and yet to get possession. They have failed to deliver despite repeated assurances. Our hard earned money is stuck for no reason.Will change rating if they keep up their final deadline for my Flat delivery.

I have been waiting for my dream home since 2015 even after paid 95% of instalments. I am fully stuck. Communication is too bad. I tried to contact them once in last year and ther was a deadlock situation where nobody picked up my call. Then I tried customer care number(Suprava and few other office numbers) from the websites, however found those numbers doesnt exist. Delivery timeline delayed since long time and now they have promised to deliver by OCT 2021.I will wait and change the rating if they keep up their final promises. Be cautious with false reviews and comments and I would not recommend any one to SJD.

This was biggest mistake of our life. We feel cheated, mentally tortured by this developer. Till the time you book they will run behind you and after that you will run behind them, but cant reach out to them. They have taken all money for the flat, but not yet delivered the flat after years. Their RERA registration has expired and they are giving false promises saying it is still having valid RERA registration. They have sent multiple OC(Occupancy Certificate) application copies to customers, but the BDA re-validation is not done yet and they are not receiving the OC or RERA extension may be due to the same reason. They are giving false promises to the customers on OC and delivery dates and buying timeline.We dont want others to get cheated by them and requesting all of you to do your due diligence before opting for any property from this builder or group. Be aware of the fake reviews and wrong rating, most of these are given after the correct reviews posted by customers.

I would give negative rating to them if there is an option. I booked a flat late in 2014 in Royal Habitat project, so far I am still waiting for the possession with OC. All deadlines and communications are false and they dont even respond to ur mails and calls and legitimate questions. Do not recommend SJ Developers as ur dream home will always stay in dream. Be cautious with their sweet words, infact it is all ur hard earned money

Booked a flat in Royal Habitats near infocity 2 almost 6 years ago, came to know they failed to deliver the flats for Phase 1 owners who booked 8 years ago and now they are hiding many things to flat owners and we are chasing them as a group for our flats but they are fooling us every time with some false commitments.
