Worst builder in Bhubaneswar. They will tell you so many good things about the project before you buy. Once you buy it they dont recognise you. They wont address any of your issues. You wont get any of the basic requirements like proper electricity, water, hygiene environment. Non of the amenities work. But they will charge the maintenance. They wont handover the project and wont give you the OC.I wish there was an option to give negative stars.Sincere advice.. Dont go for #tridentpolaris property.

Lacklustre attitude of the builder has made the complex pathetic to live in. They have zero empathy towards residents wellbeing in terms of basic housekeeping, maintenance, safety & security of the complex. While Trident Galaxy project has not been completed even after 8-9 years of its commencement, the builder has blatantly started a new project Trident Polaris just adjacent to Trident Galaxy!!! We feel cheated!!!

Nice place to live. Well appointed apartment. Still under construction and yet to be occupied fully. The construction quality seem to be very good and strong. The builders seem to be believing in walking the talk.

No proper electricity, no maintenance, we are dwelling under power cut without DG services. We have been cheated. All the false promises they made.. Now they are turning deaf ears. We have made a horrible mistake by buying property here, trying to prevent YOU from making the same mistake.
