Have been a customer of Sohan Info Solution for a considerable amount of period now. Both the behaviour shown as well as the service provided by them is that of a thorough professional. Whether it is about the computer spare parts,accessories or servicing, I have been a satisfied customer over the years. The charges for various services they provide is reasonable by and large. Furthermore, in my case, they have gone a extra mile to help me out with a keypad replacement of my laptop which had crossed the warranty period for free. This was a great gesture from their end and it came as a pleasant surprise for me. The reason they gave for it was that as I had bought the compatible keypad for my laptop from them just a few months ago , therefore, when it got corrupted so soon they didnt like me bearing the loss without even using the product for a reasonable amount of time. The warranty on the keypad was over and they absolutely had no obligation towards me technically but still they gave me a replacement. I know that this kind of a gesture could be an exception but the concern shown by them for the customers loss is what is commendable. Also, they said that they try to do their best to provide good service to their customer as much as possible and in return, all they need is an honest review being shared about their services and professionalism for others to know. As a customer what more can I ask for? One of the best place to get your Laptop repaired. Reasonable service charges. His behaviour is awesome. He will give update about your gagets via whatsapp. He is working alone so sometimes he takes times to get the things done properly. I suggest you to visit this place.

I was in urgent need of power cable for my Lenovo laptop, but after visiting 4-5 different laptops repair shops, I was unable to find the required cable. Then while driving nearby through this shop, I got an intimation in Google that I can find the required cable here. It is little inside this small shopping center. The shopkeeper was very cordial and understood my requirement. I got proper bill and tested the cable by himself as I did not carried my laptop.

Absolutely unprofessional shop with very limited products. I called up twice to check a product and both the times the shopkeeper said the product is available. But when I reached the shop, he said sorry, the product is not there. Complete disgrace.

4 days before I gave him my laptop for repair. now hes number is out of range and switch off. store is closed. Hes just disappear without giving me any information and IDK hes gonna repair my laptop or not. This is so irresponsible .

This repairing center told me that my motherboard has been damaged after checking through voltmeter and to repair atlease 2500 rs will be spent. while there was the hinge issue and it detached the power supplying wire . I gussed and showed in another repairing center and the cost was Rs 300 only.Beaware
