Very very bad experience, the sales person are cheating the customers. They are not giving the right information to the customers regarding the products after sales service or regarding the installation charges. They are only motives to sale the products .They forgot that the happy customer is a permanent customer & the unhappy customer like me will never visit the shop any more .I wants to tell everyone dont visit the Patra electronics any branch.

I visited this shop for the first time to buy an AC.Very satisfied with their behaviour.Got Rs.1000 off.AC delivered to our Home by their Auto / Tempo. Very nominal rate of charging.Sales Executive Mr.Pradeep was very helpful.Their Warehouse is present just behind the shop. And the dispatch of the product is immediate.

The sales guys would not even hesitate to fold hands and hold your feet untill you make a purchase. But once you buy an appliance, they suddenly and instantly start responding differently. Their behaviour changes. Really a very bad experience with a delayed delivery, over delayed installation/demo and that too with a damaged product. On top of that casual & careless behaviour to add on to the irrationalities. Not at all good after sales service. Wont recommend to anyone in future. Very bad n worst experience.

After that you are on your own. Purchased a whirlpool fridge today and the delivery was delay by 4hours. I paid the delivery man 50 less cause i missed my office the whole 2nd half and half a days salary was gone for me. He was damn arrogant and threatened to take back the unit to shop. Yes his comments were like - i dont bother about your money, talk to the office guys, give me my money. Although i was polite to him and said ur money is imp, but what about my money and time? . I was about to give him the whole, but held back due to his bad mouth. Its not about 50 rupees where i purchased a fridge for about 12k, but the service and attitude post sale. I will put the rest for public to decide. Better go visit other shops even if they charge 1k -2k extra for the same atleast you will get some respect there. Also see the reviews, they dont communicate back to their customers who give hard earned money for better services. Dont fall pray to good reviews. Else spend ur money and repent like i am doing. Lets see how long the fridge works and what post sale services they offer if required. The delivery guy mocked that u are educated and earning good but have limited knowledge, depriving a poor man, if u have guts tell the shop owners. I told him its a lesson for both, and so here i am writing it down. I am not letting it go till they sort everything out and commit to provide good behavior and seamless end to end pre and post sale service and commitment to each and every customer henceforth.

I purchased one Godrej AC and the sales person described one model that 1.5 tonne , latest model , no RS22 gas bla bla. We had a function on next day . I purchased and requested him for same day installation . He promised to do so. After that , they delivered a 2014 product . I didnt install in my function and I took that to their show room . Their , I waited and took new one with 500 more money. I spent 500 transportation fees. It is ridiculous experience and unprofessional behavior of the Staffs . They dont know how to behave a customer. Dont have professional attitude , after they dont bother about customer , cheating customer with faulty / old stock product , behavior as if customers are poor & beggars...

Recently I went to this place to buy a refrigerator and to my surprise the behaviour of the staff was so unprofessional and rude specially the manager of that place. Dont know about the product since its been only two days n I havent faced any issue but the staff behaviour quality is very downmarket.
