When it computers, laptops or accessories and even repairs, they are the best. Very polite and cordial behaviour of everyone in their team.I have been their customer for more than 20 years now.

Store is well located with cordial staff. However the staff is not well acquainted with product specifications. While purchasing Canon ink I asked about best before date, the staff was ignorant about such thing. The Canon ink does have best before date mentioned on the packet.

Staffs are well behaved and a vast collection of computer and accessories are available. Very nicely maintained.

I have submitted one laptop which was having some graphics problems. This was 15 days back. They assured me to be repaired within 3 days. I visited the shop after 5days. They said it would take two more days. I waited and kept rely on them. Also they were supposed to call me after two days. However they did not. Today I am calling them and they do not know about the status of my laptop. I gave them 30 minutes to check the status. Still they are not aware of it.They wanted 3 days from me and finally it is 15 days. No update from their end. If I call them, they do not know anything.
