The owner of Easy Solution, Mr. Subhendu Panda is never a gentleman type businessman, rather he is very rude and greedy person. I purchased one Kyocera FS1120 printer from him and within the one year warranty period he never attended to my calls promptly, rather he always delayed (you may say ignored) providing after-sales service and charged for travelling and food also. If you are from Bhubaneswar, then its OK. Otherwise, if you are from a village area, then he will treat you as an uncivilized/illiterate person. Kyocera company itself does not provide warranty services and it is in the hands of the dealers from whom you have purchased the product. Dealers like Subhendu Panda charge 3-4 times higher prices for the consumables like toner etc. VERY BAD PERSONALITY, VERY BAD SERVICE, VERY BAD TREATMENT. I would have given less than zero star if it were available.
