No proper boarding, you wont be able to spot the centre at first glance. 3-5 people work here and dont expect any lead from anyone. They will come and ask about your problem. For claiming the warranty of different product they will simply ask you to register on a website with no clear instructions. Non tech savvy people will get a hard time here. Would recommend to bring someone who knows about all this.

They are technically strong. They handle each complicated case. If they say no... Its guaranteed no where it will be possible It happened to my data recovery and ssd repairing case. Many times I have got recovered and repaired too after returning from other well known places.

I went to this shop for repairing my laptop, as one of my colleague suggested me. But as per my experience, I will not recommend any one who is having issue in chip level, as far it is concerned with any hardware part change or replacement, this shop provides support in a cheap rate, but a BIG NO for chip level repair, they will just ruin your laptop. firstly they will keep your laptop for more than a week, and will tell you to come everyday, later somehow they will start your laptop, but you will never know when or whether your laptop gets stopped working. In my case after keeping my laptop so long they have replaced some part without have any knowledge of the solution, so I just wasted my time, money and gets pain as they did not found the solution and told that its fixed, hence within one month it stopped working once again.Will suggest you to think before you go to this store.

I would have given negative ratings if the option was available with me.Had my worst experience ever.It took them more than a month to check and tell me that my hard drive cant be repaired and this happened after around 15 phone calls to them and when i used to complain they would simply put the receiver back on the phone.They dont know how to talk to customers.I am very disappointed with their service.Never ever visit this store. NEVER

They took my hard drive and its going to be 3 months now. I dont know if they have any intention of returning it .

They had my HDD for more than 2 months for just repairing it . I had to call them around 100 time. They used to tell me come tomorrow or today. I had wasted around 50 hours and finally they told me it couldnt be repaired. In back and forth from Cuttack to BBSR I wasted around 2000/-. Service is not good.It maybe good if youve warranty cause they send it directly to the hub (Only for Seagate, Gigabyte, AMD and Samsung).

Seagate Service Centre.If your HDD is under warranty found faulty replace for a new one.Staff are freindly yet take a lot of time to recovery of data from Hard Disk, Charges very high for data recovery.
