Good service Samsung cair in bhubaneswar

I should give this place 0 stars ...but google wont allow it....this stupid place is just impossible to find..the address itself is wrong...If you navigate using this address ,you might get to the right address but wrong service center...

Hi Followers,Lenovo has only one service center in Bhubaneswar and they are not providing the right service. I have purchased a new mobile 2 months back and it is not working from last 3 days. I have shown it to them and now not covering under warrenty. I have raised a consumer case against the company and will go case against him for his stupid service.they are saying that due to some internal burning it is not working and it not cover under warrenty. Serving time of the customers is more on the slow side. But this rating is for management and credential record keeping. Management is very rude as if he controls the whole world.The reception staff cant write down a phone number correctly even on confirming 2 times face to face. Then due to their fault keep on calling the wrong number.

Good service. Give products under 10 days

It is an unauthorised service center and would charge you money even if your product has warranty.Happened when I had took a lenovo mobile,the reception told it has a software problem by just looking at it and it would cost Rs.350 and when we said it is just 1 month old and has all the warranty documents we were told to go and find another service center.pathetic.

I went for a small laptop repair and the problem was solved.
