I just want to narrate one story. Last Sunday, one of my friend had purchased one DLink Lan Cable (CAT6). After paying the amount for the item, he found that there is some manufacturing defects in that sealed product (2014 manufacturing). He showed the product to the shop owner. He told no, there is no manufacturing defect. If you face any issues, then you can contact service center. For this, my friend requested an invoice, hence the shop owner gave him a fake invoice of Cat5 cabel in which no company name (nothing) was mentioned, hence you cant claim anything. On the next day, when my friend visited the service center, he found that there is no warranty on that particular product. Again, when he visited the shop, shop owner was very much ignorant and behaved very rudely which is not expected in this professional world.Hence I urge you all be aware from this store as he sells defective products and after purchase he will be very ignorant and after sales service is very much poor. He will behave in such a way as if he has given you the product for free. I would like to give negative star for this fraud store.

The person seating in the shop is a very bad person and he cheats people by tampering the mrp and writing his own mrp. This guy doesnt know how to talk to customer . If you end up in his shop then its just your bad luck. They dont have any knowledge about laptops. Had given laptop for one problem it returned with a whole bunch of problems. They were totally unprofessional and when confronted about the newly developed issues they just didnt take the responsibility. Very bad service and i regret now visiting that shop. Iam putting this review so that no one else should face the same issue.

I cant think of a reason why I shouldnt give a rating. The owner was polite and he seemed to be very experienced and helped me out with exactly what I needed. I walked in thinking about what kind of laptop I want and its usage and walked out with just the right thing and that too within a budget.

I got a second hand laptop from this shop and I have been using it for the past 4 years. I hadnt thought I could use a second-hand laptop for so long.They even fixed it up sometimes if I faced any hardware issues. Got the battery replaced once and the keyboard keys. I am pretty happy with the service.

Verities are there bt service is not good...he was supposed to give free anti virus subscription for 1 yr bt he did not do that gave me the free trial for 30 days and while complaining he is not responding ..
