I applied for digital marketing post. This hr called Abhishek repeatedly called me and told to come in formals as vp will take interview. I came and see him in jeans and shirt not properly in. Interview was taken by chief hr, ok. I came back and sometime later hr calls and says to be ready for technical interview in zoom. Maybe they are from other state thats why. But no, both in panel are from same office here. Why not take my interview there at office instead? In technical interview they ask hr question- why do I want to join this company. Then some days silent. I contacted hr and they say it is for junior role. I said I am ready and accept the discussed salary. Then they say they are considering me for another profile as I have better experience there. I said ok but if I cleared interviews then give me the job. But no clear answer from any, neither hr or chief hr

They may sound and also can represent a true standard CMMI level 5 company but in truth its far from that. Their Organisational structure and technology is very old and inefficient. There is too much politics in institution l, not recommended for career growth

This is exactly located near to the acharya bihar. A nice and clean place. Looks really pretty awesome. But inside parking system is not so good. Like there is a small open space, you have to put your vehicle over there. Rest a waiting hall should be there, as many companies are there, so if any interview is going on then they have to stay under open sky. Which is totally a wrong thing happening over there.

CSM Technologies has been at the forefront of IT innovation in the state of Odisha.Being Odishas only CMMI ML5 company, as a fresher you will get to learn a lot, but keep in mind that the money here is not good and this isnt a place for cash grab either.The struggle and knowledge that you gain is the crux of this company and looking at the big picture is the most important part of working here.Freshers would be acquanited to the way an IT Company works and how different ideas and egos are balanced is a learning experience.The work culrure here is not as streamlined as some of the other companies I have worked for, but there is a genuine attempt from them to establish that learning process for the youngsters and possibly nuture them for the future.

Fullfilled with different types of chutiyas.... Please grow up...Look to the outside world....Dont ruin the career of the people by signing 2 year bond...Kahin par toh rehem karo..If you guys are signing 2 year bond then pay that amount of salary...No work life balance....Bahut kharap.....No words to describe.

Local software company wanted to play major role in middle East and Ethiopia.Update: In the last couple of years, they have grown expontially with around more than four hundread skilled programmer of various level, now from fourty two exactly around 2003. Managment is taking good care of only right future prospect. Only caveat is, with size comes the weight also. So since they are growing rapidly, hence to switch over to a new path breaking technology that can help a company to manage scale in big enterprise solution, will take time to turn and switch to a new direction.. And time is what, the most precious thing in this field. Thats what happening here. In many advanced technical field, they are either behind or playing catchup.To justify, as per latest info from various sources working there, they are still not comfortable in devloping native mobile apps in neither iOS nor Android. They are still going in the hybrid way which is like speaking French written in Hindi. One can give many such example starting from WebAPI 2 to Azure and DevOps.One quick suggestion: If possible, then try to turn into leaner, meaner and fitter. No idea, but if it is possible, pls. make small team of new, energetic young chaps who are eger to learn new technologies with one or two experience guys with lot of core experience and enjyoing in taking deep dive into new tech without fear of loosing the battle. Online subscription based world class learning programme from top companies like Pluralsight. At the end, they may lose a battle but can win many wars for the company. I can go on and on and on. But at the end of the day, they are doing great as per giving employment to local prospect. Nurturing them into good assets.With lot of future positivity, Im upgrading my rating from Avarage to Good.Happy learning...
