Location is easy to find. Service is acceptable. Response is grt.

First of all the staff.. The way they behave and handle the situations are of top notch. Pretty much satisfied with their approach.. Pretty quick.. Located at a prime location nearby bbsr railway station. Very easy to spot.The only thing that bothered me they didnt have a proper contact number. Even when I inquired with their base office they were also not able to provide a working contact number. Which in turn forces you to visit the office personally and check for the availability of schemes or etc.

The staff here are absolutely marvelous. They treat you with a lot of respect and provide you the best possible solution. Love the attitude of the people there.

Its ok for forex..

Very friendly staff. Have been here several times to top up my TMC card as well as exchanging foreign currency. They work very quickly and keep all operations as hassle-free as possible for their customers. Recommended them to my friends and they too have had very nice experience with them. The place is somewhat hard to find. I needed to do some searching in the building. Its generally overcrowded. But its a one stop place for prepaid travel card and foreign currency thats very essential if youre traveling abroad. The currency rates of Thomas Cook are very competitive.

Worst..do not go for any service from Thomas Cook anywhere. They will drink blood out of you.I applied for Visa service from Thomas Cook.They almost ruined my travel plan.Till you have not submitted the money they are very polite.After that they wont respond to phone calls and emails.Dont ruin your travel plan with Thomas Cook.

They offer excellent tour packages.While... only ticketing is not their forte because... service charge is approximately 10-15%.

An office of famous travel agency Thomas Cook by the side of main road in Master canteen area in opposite direction of RAM Mandir, Bhubaneswar.

Eventhough they mention 6.30pm they are closing early. Not following strict timings, dont depend on them entirely u cant say when it will be open for sure.

Very rude and impolite behaviour by one of the staff. On asking few details on travel visas and permits, they asked my ID and started taking photograph of it without my consent. On asking the reason for same, he simply denied to give any info very rudely saying, your photo is deleted, now u can leave. Such approach to customers really hampers the experience. It is totally unexpected from Thomas Cook.

They are playing with the emotion of the people. At the time of booking they will try to convince you in such a manner that they will provide good accommodation and make your trip souvenir , but I fact they are providing worst accommodation to their customers. If u book your trip through Thomas Cook u ruined ur trip and your money as well.

Worse experience with Thomas Cook...dont book any trip with this agency...
