As they grew these guys started ignoring small customers and now they have completely stopped taking orders from small customers maybe they have forgotten that because of small customers these guys got corporate customers. These guys are the worst service in Bhubneshwar. Please search for any alternative but definitely not these guys

The facility is competent, however the staffs are into defrauding the the customer. I needed a poster asap and thats why i dint place the order online but then when i reached there he made studpid excuses for charging 100 bucks for 2 posters. When i asked him to for receipt he told me that will charge extra, i was okay with that but as i was in a hurry i i asked him to mail me the receipt so that i could do the needful but i havent received any response and its been 14 days. But however i must the the quality of the posters were upto the mark. Hence three stars.

Earlier in may , 2017 when i have taken business from them, that time i spoke to piyush dash who was into sales team , he was very quick and very polite and delivered my work within a day without any hazzle. This time when i emailed them on 17th april, 2018 , they didn,t responded and when i called them the next day, they told that they will call me back within one hr...but again they didn,t reverted me back. And then today wgen i reached their patua office n asked about piyush , they said he left and then i asked why you guys have not responded then they at first said they replied back on 17th itself, i asked her to show me the mail, she said i cannot show you , then i asked her tell me what reply was given to me , she said that she don,t know.. Totally lied to me...Have guts to accept your mistake guys. Then she said tge sales team might have missed it...Then i told her to send me the designs..she said first u need to pay...then only we will design...however earlier they used to send designs and after approval they take the payment....when i asked her..she told that system has changed..I decided I am never going back to them again.

There is no printing press over here in that address. They have changed the location. The owner doesnt have the common sense to edit the address. I went there to get them. I nearly lost 1 & 1/2 hours trying to get the location of the office. Very very bad experience.
