Doesnt deserve even 1 star. The behavior of the owner is horrible. Doesnt know how to talk to a customer. Serious action should be takem on him. Worst store.

Never ever give for service ! I had given my iPhone 6S for screen replacement.. While getting the product they said that don’t open the screen guard for a week.. The screen guard was thicker than regular screen guards and one can’t find a hairline crack unless removed the screen guard.. After 7 days when removed the screen guard, I found a small hairline crack in the screen.. Now, when I went back to them, they obviously pointed finger towards me that I have broken my phone and blaming them.. I am not blaming the Owner for it, the Boy and the lady are the culprits who works here..

The behaviour of their staffs is miserable including their boss. I dont know why google is allowing this useless shop to be reviewied.

It’s a service centre of apple products. They resell them too. Lots of accessories are also available here specifically for apple gadgets. I went there as the audio of my iPhone was very low. They solved the issue immediately. I got a new cover too.

Worst Apple service center in Bhubaneswar. Never visit this service center. The behavior of the guys are very bad and they will charge you much more price even if you dont have that much problems in your device. Seems tovbe fraud.. Be careful.

Unprofessionalism at its best. I handed over my iPhone to them on 20th Feb. I had even asked for the invoice which they didnt give me. Instead they provided me with a WhatsApp no. Whenever I was asking something they used to reply me with asking me for a little time. Finally they told that the device cant be repaired. So when I went there to recollect my device I got to know that my device was not even registered in their record. And after searching for 30minutes they finally found my device which they were still confused whether it was mine or not. So guys it was my most pathetic experience till now at any service center.

Worst apple service centre. Dont ever go there or they will squeezed every little money from your pocket. Also their employee’s behaviour is very rude.
