Very Unprofessional Staff and BehaviourThe closing time shows 9 30 pm. I went there at 8 45 pm. Asked the staff to show some suit materials. They showed for 15 minutes. However, at around 9 pm they suddenly said the shop will be closed now. I asked then the usual closing time is 9 30. They told tailor has already left, so they will close. And in few minutes , they switched off the lights while I was still looking for the suit pieces.They behaved in very unprofessional way. Shutting down the store while customer is still inside halfway through shopping, and without informing beforehand.I didnt expect such unprofessional behaviour from such branded store.Following are few pics which I had taken in the showroom to send to my relatives.

Its quite good place to shop. The tailor provided by the Raymond are average not very good.And the most important I want to mention that the tailoring provided by the Raymond shop is not the tailor which the company provide to their customers they have collaborated with the shop name Excellence(As i had attached my recent bill from there) and are charging according to the Raymond price chart so please avoid the tailoring there.And the rest is all good there. 👍

Executives are very rude. The store manager has to check this thing. No manners and no good behaviour with customers. Worst experience. Dont recommend anyone for this store.

Made a suit for daily wear here, as expected the clothing and fitting are good however the tailor made the hands of the coat too small. It has not been much of a problem but the tailor has assured me that free altering will be done upto two years of me purchasing the product.

A great place with awesome collection for all kinds of formal as well as casual attire. Really professional grade clothing fabrics as well as garments that suits the choice of many. The best part is the plethora of varieties they have with great colour combinations.
