I have been shopping from Westside 10 years now although from different locations of India. I like the place , trendy, budget to high end stuffs. The Bhubneswar store is also great, well maintained and cordial staff. Go shopping.

Reviewing this place after 2 years of shopping experience here. Size has always been a issue. The collection is classic but out of 10 products you like, correct size of 7 will not be available.

Although the products are really good. Specially for kids I got very cute stuffs. But one salesgirl around was nagging to buy more products was very irritating.

Good products but I didnt like one thing.A salesboy broke a hanger and some senior person asked him in front of us as who broke and how.I didnt like that attitude at all.Customer is always a guest in front of whom pleasing personality wins.

One star less because of the sales women near the billing counter forcing to buy beauty products/cosmetics. I know that theyre doing their job but forcing a customer to buy products is too much.

The employees here are rude and hard spoken and I have a reason to say like that. My mother bought two lip balms for me at 1:30pm but I already bought one of the two flavours so we went to exchange only that flavour in its original sealed condition at 5pm on the same day itself but they did not let us exchange it for another flavour. They told “ We don’t return cosmetic products I would understand if they would have said this after one or two days but this was illogical. The product was sealed and was bought just 3 and half hours ago and after all this the lady that denied went on to the staffs telling about this thing. I have seen this happen many times with others too this is highly unprofessional. Really very disappointed after this incident.

I expect better quality products as for the last time I had been there , saw the new collection and found a shoe to purchase but was deeply disappointed with the damaged conditions of the shoe and requested the staff if they could get me another pair of same size which they didnt had with them at that time saying that they only got 1 piece to sell.Next time when I had been there just a week back I found out that same shoe still laying on display without any treatment done to it.P.s - you can see that black spot in the shoe.

The palce is very well organized And Easy to locate from a Normal traffic.The place have ample parking lot and well behaved securities.i noticed a good Thing that they dont check bagages when you have purchased from them. The place have some nice collections and many good idesa for gifts.

Clothes quality is not that great. On top of that the cashier lady was insistent upon buying the membership, inspite of us telling her repeatedly that we dont want it...at one point we were about to walk out of the store without buying the clothes we selected because she had irritated us so much... finally however after telling her NO for about 20 times literally she grudgingly made our bill, and we walked out as fast as possible... promising never to return there again.
