In fact, the process of submitting materials took about two hours, during which time the queue advanced by about 40 people. In a specific situation, this was not bad. I liked the very helpful and polite employees of the DP, an island for children in the center of the hall. Whats wrong:1. Preliminary recording in the queue on the Internet in our case did not work, it seemed that it was a lure so that people came to this center.2. On the Appetite building, I did not see information about the DP, I had to ask passers-by.3. Parking in a closed parking lot near Appetite cost 10 UAH.4. In my opinion, there is an irrational organization of the process: filing an application in one window, and photos and fingerprints in another. At the same time there are only seven photo booths, and almost three times as many application windows. Given that the application takes up to 10 minutes, and photos and fingerprints are twice as long (on average) - a pandemonium is created on photos and fingerprints. The electronic queue board of the photo queue still worked vaguely and invitations to the booth were duplicated from the voice (with allresulting).
