The top floor is of Food Court,Which is pretty good for hang out but it seems like the whole food court is owned by single head and its only divided into categories.So,they need to improve the food quality and provide value for money to the customers.

Its a nice mall with adequate shopping options. One star less for the billing staff as they didnt informed about an offer. On 1500 purchase one kg sugar/Aatta at Rs 9/- I made a purchasing of 1315/- billed & paid by card. Than I purchased some more items of about ₹490/- and went for billing at another counter there I came yo know about the above said offer. I asked them to join the total bill amount and give me the offer item, He denied very rudely and after arguments thry gave me the same.

This outlet is amongst the biggest ones I have seen so far. The commodities are well organized in different aisles and the billing counters are well distanced as well. One of the key highlights of this shopping experience is the ample parking space. Considering the busy Master Canteen & Railway station area,. I was totally amazed to experience the space allotted for parking. While the entry and exit gates are separate,.. one thing I didnt like was that the exit gates were narrow. Do checkout this place once for a glad shopping experience.

This Reliance Smart is one of the largest in Bhubaneswar. One of the good thing is it is placed at a very good location. Near railway station. Parking facility is very good. Has its own bakery setup. So bakery products like breads, cakes available in cheap prices. Spacious enough to buy product. Reliance Digital and Reliance Foot Print is a plus. Also you will get food court, ice cream parlour in the same building.

Today on 24/10/2018 morning time i have purchased some items here. I have already checked out at exit point. Almost pack my bags towards home but i have forgot a bodylotion which i have billed earlier. One of the billing counter executive called me at the outside the gate and gave me that billed product. We can find everything here. But the problem is with favourism. Due to social distancing norms we have to stand in queue for min 1hr to get into the store but some people who have good contact with the store manager or who else Im not sure can easily enter the store.This should not be done.

Its one of the largest stores we have here and certainly has better shopping experience than its competitors. Alleys are well spaced and stocked. Knocking out one star as for the size of store they can add few items (read imported ones). The location is excellent with ample parking space. Quality of fruits and veggies is also great.

I think its the biggest reliance fresh available in Bhubaneswar..all grocery items are available..and also electronic gadgets are available.

Starting from location, availability of items to the price factor, everything is great. You would be at an advantage if you travel by car as there is parking space available. The only downside is that the staff here is not in uniform so you cannot distinguish between them and the customers incase you want to ask something. Also, this place is a little bit crowded sometimes so that might also be an issue. But the shopping experience is undoubtedly satisfactory.
