Worst experience ever.They dont even replay . Hardly a message per day.... cant be trusted for timely delivery as they dont even replay on order purpose....Heard it has great test but I realized that all are just hearing words ......

Great place for snacks and pastries.Paneer steak and mushroom rolls are great.Chocolate pastry and chocolate truffle cake is yum. Must try.The ambiance and decor os great.Good to hangout with friends.

What a horrible replica of the design provided to them!!! I dont think there was anything complicated about the design and could be created by even a novice Baker.How difficult is it to follow simple instructions - one that is absolutely simple to follow??!!!! Do you realise how big an occasion this was and what you made it into? You guys are in the business of making occasions special and not ruining it. Please start doing a better job or shut the bakery down!I have attached pictures to prove what a bad job this bakery did on such a huge milestone event.1. Is that a gold colour that you have used on the icing? I dont think its that difficult to make a gold finish rather than this poor version of the Color.2. If you can clearly see, the cupcake moulds were supposed to be golden in colour. Who makes cupcakes in tin foil moulds? Those tin foil moulds are used for choco lava cakes (obviously the Baker has no idea of that)3. It was supposed to be a 4-tiered cake whereas you clearly ignored all our instructions. And the size of the tin foil cupcakes made it harder to fit on the tiny area of the tiers.4. The Baker simply has no experience or aesthetic sense at all. Look at the finishing of the cake - all the icing is dripping on the side and the least you could do was use a round board for the cake instead of a square one making it look worse.5. Then he brought a 69 number to be topped on the cake instead of 70 which again is so clearly written on the cake design given to them. We had to ask them to resend us the 70 number which took another hour.I am displeased with the entire experience that I will never ever think of ordering from you again.The only decent part was that the cake tasted great and there were no complaints in that.But never ever am I ordering from you guys again. Please delete the Instagram account where it seems like you have created great designer cakes cuz definitely you guys either dont know how to do your job or are making a fool out of your customers!

Awesome place with best designer cakes ,you just need to send your cake design in their WhatsApp and they will make your cake in exactly the same way with best quality .very friendly and professional staff.Comparatively expensive but worth the price.

Missed a very vital details in the design for the BDay cake. Management need to be more professional and accurate on the customer design. This might ruin customer well prepared function. Think a situation that you called for a BDay party at 7 PM and wrong design cake reached at 6 PM... Bake Shake, team think on this and try to improve.

Scammers! Untrustworthy! Unreliable! These people have 0 sense of customer service and punctuality. I ordered a custom design fruit cake, they baked a normal fruit cake. On top of that, they charged extra for custom designs cake. 400 INR extra for a happy anniversary stand! These people promised to deliver by 5 pm, the cake guy shows up at 9 pm. The person who was handling all this was Ekta. Ekta, learn some marketing and customer service skills instead of just looting money. I asked them to return my advance, never heard back.

Starting from food..The pastries and pizzas were really awesome.They make customized cakes too...pastas were disappointing..prices are decent..would recommend this place over any other bakery shop.Coming to the decors.it has a wall art of Simpsons...nothing extraordinary about it.The service is a bit slow..staffs are polite and courteous..Try the choco truffle pastry,kitkat shake,chicken nuggets and chilli chicken pizza..
