Perfect ambience. Hygienic service. Food tastes delicious. Worth for money. Highly recommendable.Just one suggestion please bring the egg separately while serving with mutton/prawns biriyanis. Some people dont eat egg even if it touches their bowl. So this is just a suggestion to improve the comfortness of customer.

Over the years, this has turned out be one my favorite Biryani Restaurants. Curry Leaf doesnt only make good Biryani but its other range of dishes are lip smacking too. Their curries and starters are equally good, I am a fan of their dish called Ruchi Chicken. Its a good place to go with your friends and family.

Third class biryani. The worst biryani ever in my life. No sense of spice only rice. It was just waste of 300 rupees. If you like palau then plz go and eat here or else dnt! The raita was like torani( water rice). Atleast you people charge too much. Have the Worth for that money.

This is the first time Ive been to this place. Heard a lot about this place so thought of giving it a try. On this Friday went there with my friend.1. Ample parking space available for car and bike. Also a good waiting area with the bird eye view of kiit square.2. After reaching we saw that the place is well organized by theme and safety during pandemic as well. Its occupied 50% as per the government guidelines. Then asked the manager if they need vaccine certificate for dine in , to which the manager said at least one person in the group needs to be Fully vaccinated. As both of us not vaccinated the manager asked to wait for a couple of minutes. Which Ill really appreciate that hes concerned about the safety of the people instead of grabbing the money.After around 25mins when the crowd went low he allowed us to enter the place and got seated. And the menu was there encoded with a barcode on the table. Scan it and youll see it.3. The hype of biryani at the place is quite high so we thought of starting from there and if it go well well order more of the dishes to try. We ordered one full Mughlai Biryani with chicken masala.4. The Food:After around 20-minutes we got our food. And here the big disappointment started. Biryani rice was in mould state instead of distinctive. And the size of chicken the serving guy described didnt match the actual. These are small chicken chunks on the rice with zero flavour of biryani. And the raita felt like water mixed onion and green chillies. So I asked the serving boy to get me curd separately and the guy helped me with that.Coming to Chicken Masala, never had a chicken masala with green peas. The interesting part is the masala was burnt slightly and the chef scratched the burn part to some extent. As were hungry and late so without a small complaint we left the place without thinking twice of ordering anything else.Call for action:• The chef needs to understand biryani first and not to scratch any burnt Masala while cooking that spoils the food itself.• Raita needa a big make over , its curd with veggies not with water.Best Part:Manager and staffs are really very nice and take good care of the people during the pandemic. Taste was very good but for 370 per plate of Punjabi chicken they had given small 2, 3 pieces of chicken, the person said to me, it will be 4 piece of chicken leg piece with 1 egg...and even one leg bone was there with out flesh...how to serve someone if food is like this...also I asked not make it oily as my parents are old...it was full of Masada gravy

The ambience is nice.. but let me clarify, there is no dance bar and all.. washroom is a bit small.. and coming to food, it was kind of average.. neither that wow nor bad.. it was just good.. service is also normal.. and i also noticed, only lady waitresses were there ; kudos to cury leaf for such a great initiative.🔥

Ordered it from Swiggy, it costed around 850 just the things in plate, veg biriyani was good, quantity was good, quality was very heavy for digestion,couple chicken biriyani was not actually biriyani just jeera rice, chicken tandoori, egg chicken masala. I would give it 2/5 . Packaging was good .

Man what an amazing place. Great ambience with good seating option. And the food, outstanding. Very reasonably priced though some items can be a bit pricey. Went there for a quick lunch bite, good food. They could work on the hospitality a little more and the vibe and ambience a lot more. Funny thing is, they didnt have pickle at disposal when I went there. I really hope this was a one time mistake.

Went to the restaurant today, firstly no one bothered to attend us further after ordering food we waited for 1 hour and nothing was served. People who came after us got their food. We had to leave disappointed and no one even bothered asking what happened. Absolutely pathetic hospitality.

The only Ok thing about this restaurant is the ambience, food not at all restaurant quality. You might expect something and might get something else.And furthermore they serve food in broken bowls. No sense of hygiene whatsoever.. Even roadside dhabas will not serve food in bowls with such condition.Also there is no dessert available here.So I wont consider Curry leaf as a restaurant, let alone rate it as restaurant. Disgusting and disgrace in the name of restaurants.

Been here lot many times. Their services was best and even in this situation, they are serving best. Always had Biryani there, but this time, tried a little different by going for Ruchi chicken, Irani chicken and chicken 65 along with Garlic and Butter naan and chicken Tikka masala and Punjabi Masala as main course. The quality and quantity of the gravies and the taste of all the dishes were wonderful.The spicy with a pinch of chatpata flavour of chicken 65 was awesome.

Went there recently and had a very bad experience. The food quality was so pathetic (way too salty and not up to mark) that afterwards we had to go for desserts outside only for a change of taste. Had there been -ve rating wouldn’t have hesitated to go for that.

Its a bad experience with this restaurant. We are having lunch which is my first and last visit to this restaurant. The Bowls in which they served us the BIRIYANI, are broken from the base and they were not properly washed. In these days where all the restaurants are maintaining their standard of hygiene, this is a worst restaurant to be in. Kindly share as much as you can and be alert.

Very Good place...I personally like places having good interiors and I was thoroughly impressed with the wall graphics, it certainly gave the mood an uplift. Tried the famous couples biryani and again it didnt disappoint. It can be daunting to be finished by 2 people.😅 Qualitywise again, the chicken leg piece was very juicy and became the highlight of the dish but the accompanying malai prawn and other chicken pieces were no less of a deal.Little Downside:Which restaurant in 2020 charges for water!!😡Overall great experience for couples and groups who want to have lip smacking biriyani in huge quantity at affordable rates. 😊

Very good place to hangout with friends and family. Ambience is very much attractive. Staffs are really good, humble and cooperative. Food quality is upto mark and u can never complain about the quantity. They also have real fruit ice-cream in dessert which really tastes good.

PLEASE CANCEL VISITING THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE!We were attended by the manager of the restaurant after about 20 minutes of being seated on our own as nobody was at the door to check our temperature or provide sanitizer. Being extremely hungry, we helped ourselves and took the table we found appropriate.Now, the manager attended us asking us for our covid vaccination certificates. I had mine, my colleague didnt. I was repeatedly calling for a staff to atleast let us know if its a new guideline. The manager comes to us after calling about 4 times and unapologetically said that they are not attending customers who cant show vaccination certificates. There was no such note outside the restaurant and theres no such norm and everything aside this is some bogus logic beyond science!

The place has a big name but the food was not so fab. Interiors were carried decent and have a balcony place too which makes this place more attractive for photos. It has many names for biryani but the veg biryani didnt carry that taste which the place names have. Moreover, the service was considerable, the rest was good.

Ambience was good and Mix mutton Biryani was perfect with added mutton, chicken and prawns, eggs in it and amount is more than enough and will make you Fuller instantly. Starters were delicious and Paneer butter masala and Chicken kadai were Awesome.

The starter Afghani chicken was very delicious and the Biryani was good but nothing special. Tried the family dum chicken biryani it was enough for 5 people. And yes they also give a side gravy for the Biryani.

When I heard of its name for the first time, it gave me a South Indian vibe ..... but its got nothing to do with it 😂. I first went here for its Chicken Biryani hype .... its decent but not great. The next time though, the chicken mughlai was yumm. The service is good and the ambience is very soothing .... Perfect for a dinner date .... But its generally crowded after 8. So you should definitely drop by here atleast once :)

Nice ambience. Well decorated. Background music is a bit loud for a restaurant, but not a big issue. Quite a good variety of food is available. Starters are quite good. Their special chicken is very good,so as Prawn or other starters . Use curry leaves (along with Mint leaves and some unknown herbs ) really well in the starters. chicken Biriyani looks very fancy but a bit light for a biriyani. Prawn biriyani is fantastic, its a must try.They serve surprisingly fast and the food tastes good as well. But all the dishes are pre maid we found, nothing is very fresh (the raita smells, the cucumber becomes fluppy, chicken nd biriyani comes in minutes but they are maid clearly much before or on previous day).Foods might not be fresh but tastes good.

Well decorated place but ambiance could be better and the biryani was mouthwatering.. it was my first time and I had biryani to my fullest.. I had also ordered tandoori chicken it was good but not upto the mark but given that curry leaf is famous for its biryani it was well said.. loved it.. they have these three different kinds of chicken in a biryani 🤤🤤

A great place to eat and hang out. Because it is near KIIT university, the place is buzzing with college students. Mostly. We had to wait for 5 minutes before we got a place to sit. Overall, I love the food here and the place is really nice.

3 times we went there. All 3 times we were turned out. First time NO soup available. Second time No service due to delay in opening restaurant... that too at 6:45PM. They did not let us to wait inside for 15minutes. Pathetic service.

Food quality has been detoriated. This place is famous for its biryanis, but they were not serving it today. Been in this place for like multiple times in the past and it is one of the regular visiting place in the town by me but todays experience was very much disappointing. We ordered mughlai chicken but there was no essence of mughlai , garlic Nan which was unchewable and tandoori chicken which was half cooked one. No dish was worth praising.I am suggesting the hotel saff to please restore the quality of cuisines. It was my one of the fav go to place and I dont know the reason but it has been ruined. Never thaught that I would be posting such negative review against this restaurant.

We went into the restaurant and placed the order right away, without a second thought and that was Family pack Chicken Biriyani. It was like a platter for 4 serves (i would say 3). It has biriyani, 4 leg piece and two other variations of chicken, which was also delicious. I liked the food here.

Amazing food. Amazing place. Amazing environment. The quantity of food is really good and that too with respect to the price. Loved their biryani, chicken keema kulcha, and chowmein. Its a must recommend and a lovely lovely place to visit.

Went here this Wednesday thought to have a great experience, yes indeed it was but pathetically great experience. Ordered masala papad for starter got burnt black roasted papad thought forward to a better main coarse ₹350 for prawn which was also not at all fresh but found no more than 10 extremely small sized ones, and chicken Punjabi masala and it was the tandoor hard chicken pieces in gravy masala , plain kulcha was alike a papad it was so thin and crispy that led me to think how should I eat and what should I order to have a standard meal . It billed up to ₹1100 and was in no mood to spend even a penny more and left extremely disappointed. Get a standard atleast Curry Leaf.
