One of the best hotels in jatni-khordha region. And the food here is great too.

The place is outside main town and located close to NICER gate. They do have room service. Some rooms have small balconies. Try to get one of those! Its decently maintained. Has a lift and the persons at reception are cordial. We have our team of almost 22 members staying there whole week. So far, the feedback has been positive. They do not have a functional restaurant as of today, but do have room service. I would recommend to take an auto / car if you wish to try restaurants in the town, or be prepared to walk 20 minutes

This was probably one of the best hotel I have been in a while which is very reasonably priced. Rooms were super cleaned. Staffs were very helpful. Because of covid, in house dining was not available. But somehow they ordered food from outside and delivered it to my room.

Amazing place quite unbelievable lagoon setting an old airplane. 4 vintage cars ( one made into a sofa ) fantastic artefacts. This is a good hotel but wifi is in every floor and there are 4 floors but wifi connection needs password. Means it is not free. It has free car parking facility. You cannot order food from mobile to this hotel because it is not allowed here. It has its own restaurant here where you can say your room no and you have free complementary breakfast.

Excellent Service. Good atmosphere and ambiance maintained in a small place nearby Bhubaneswar at Jatni. Good one and affordable.Food is awesome. Breakfast is served complementary.

Due to pandemic room services are suspended but at least tea coffee sachets can be provided in rooms as these are not available nearby.

Difficult to find the location

Most of the items are not available all the time. You can take a shower and a nap after ordering and still have to wait for the food to get served. If you are thinking of having a good food, dear friend you are at a wrong place.

I arrived at 5am in the morning. The front desk staff asked rs 400 for the extra time. But he didnt give any bill. TV was not working as recharge was not done. Room is extremely clean and I am happy with that.

Good and only star hotel at Jatni. Clean, well maintained, good staff with helping attitude. Near to Khurda road railway station.

Food was okayish. Room was clean. And some rooms from first floor have balcony with it. Just behind the NISER Jatni boundary. Good for family.

Best behaviour experience till date

Booked it through OYO for 2 people. It was really an awesome experience. Very clean rooms and nice service by the people. This is the only Hotel close to NISER and IIT, BBSR. A must for anyone going to these colleges on tour or trips.

A very beautiful place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of the roof top pool by the Brunei hill side. Situated right on the main road beside NISER campus and facing IIT Bhubaneswar. A very well maintained room with all modern amenities. Its also located very close to khurda industrial estate where lots of corporate companies housed

Perfect for family abd location isbthe eye catching for the people even surrounded with famous college and university like NISER, IIT,CUTM .Hotel is almost between jatni and khurdha.

Hotel landmark staff was very good and service was also but the smell of room was affectin us and not so good

Pros: new building, staff ready to help, the king bed will accommodate one kid with couple.Cons: this is just a standalone building in the middle of nowhere, very far from Bhubaneswar, very limited options for breakfast, no other food options nearby apart from the inbuilt restaurant.
