Just visited Trident hotel, Bhubaneswar and its OK. For a 5-star hotel the ambiance and decor is good, stay comfortable and partially lavish!! Food is not at all good.... Its costly and not at all tasty.... Even the menu is limited. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. The only good thing about Trident was its staff... Great people, very helpful and respectful. Loved their hospitality!! 5 stat for the staff!! So it was an OK stay.

Trident Bhubaneshwar is always very warm and welcoming. The stay was very comfortable and the staff is very courteous and polite. All COVID protocols were followed deligently.

I went there for one night stay. Stay was good , comfortable, with all amenities , food was good as well , but in off season the prices were on the high side.Overall , recommended for a stay.

OK hotel.. Service was a bit weird..Breakfast service was slow and they got our order wrong.Pool side is great.. You could spend your whole day there with ease.Rooms are big but dated. Think this hotel needs an update.

Nice place, good customer service. This hotel is one of the premier hotel in Bhubaneswar. It is located near Jayadev vihar. The rooms are quite and awesome. You can take a dip in to the swimming pool. The restaurant serves tasty foods. We enjoyed pizza 🍕☺️.

We had stayed in trident for 1 day on 22nd sept in the suite room( best room of theirs)1)the staff were not cooperate towards the guests2) the food service is very slow..had to sit in the restaurant for 2 hours for little food order and the breakfast buffet is just for mere saying..there are very less items.3) there is no lift in the hotel so as i had 2 older people ( my grandparents) with us... so they faced lots of difficulties.Moral of the story - this hotel is not worth calling a 5 star... it should have been 3 or less stars... had a very poor experience

The best hotel in Bhubaneswar. Though a little pricey but worth every penny of it. Not too much crowded,lovely ambiance throughout the year. Huge parking place and well trained guards. Hotel employees are really good with amazing hospitality. Though you wont get much variety but all the dishes on the menu are well prepared and delicious. 5 🌟

This place offers you fine dining at a reasonable price. The quality and quantity of food is quite satisfying. The staff service is really fast and the staff behaviour is also warm and welcoming. Also! This place has turned out to be one of my favourite dining destinations in town.Their buffet had lot more dishes. All the food items were healthy and fresh. They had a different section for dessert. I liked the Rabdi a lot. It was so fresh and delicious that I would love to visit the restaurant once again to try the Rabdi.Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

Super attentive by Chef Chanchal ensuring all guests are looked after. Chef Chanchal suggested the the Oriya Non Veg Thali -really loved his suggestion - it was so lip smacking delicious - Super Service by Akib and Prafulla at the Restaurant. Amazing hospitality and care by Nabeel and Adin. They really know how to care for you. Safety precautions and covid protocols really taken care by all. Easily one of the best places to stay in Bhubaneshwar. The food was also excellent. Nice, open ,clean atmosphere. The staff , very well trained were a delight. Will definitely come back and stay here again. The jogging / walking trail ( 1 km long) as the icing on the cake.

It was My 1st Visit to City, Had Come to Surprise My Fiancée Working in Bhuvneshwar. Had Book Trident knowing it`s High standards.Chef Chanchal the Head Chef over there went out of His way and Was Always prompt enough to Customise Our meals. Tapas the Ever Smiling Server, who Briefed Us about City and Culture. Suraj & Praffula were prompt enough to Check our Orders were on time and We were Happy with food and Service. Nafisha Front Office was the lady who very politely tool Our Check-in checkout along with Mr. Sachin FO. Swayampurna House Keeping Very 1st Staff who met us on Floor, as I was new to City, She Explained everything about City and Guidelines of Ongoing Lockdown in City. Chef Ganesh the Spaghetti alio olio Man, He Made Our Evening just Perfect. Security Guard Madrass Sorry If It`s Incorrect Name He too was very attentive and guided Us About City. Thank You each and every Individual, Who Made our stay comfortable. Will Be Back Soon.

It has the old world charm and gracefully maintained over years. My last visit which got extended over a week, was made special with the utmost care Deeptika took over breakfast. One of 5 star hotel in bhubaneswar ,people of govt., MNC officials , tourist from india and abroad love to stay here located 1.5 km from jaydevvihar crossing .approx 9.5km from the bhubaneswar international airport and 6.5 kms from bhubaneswar railway station and 5km from baramunda ISBT . Accessible is very easy for new commer to bhubaneswar very easily . The tourist can transit from station, airport, ISBT by city bus ( MO BUS)going towards nandankanan zoo. The hotel is in the middle and all sides are covered by grass and decorated pieces of stone work leading to main entrance.valet facility is available the staff are well educated and courteous toward guests and attend them instantly within seconds. The rooms are very spacious snd well ventilated with air conditioning ,rooms have suficent lights and tv and wifi are available. The bathroom is attached inside rooms , clean, hygenic, and cleaned daily by the cleaners, . Facility for hot and cold water is available, towels , turkish towels, face towels, grooming kit is given which includes brush, paste, tongue cleaner, soap, oil, comb free of cost.

Good Place with excellent service

Two ratings simply for the fact that the basic things we would expect from a restaurant was not there. The naan was not soft at all and was very hard to break. The mutton was again very chewy and overcooked. Their cream of chicken soup was very good but thats about it. Hospitality is very mixed, the receptionist of the restaurant was pretty rude but the waiter taking our orders was very sweet and welcoming. Not a good experience overall!

Extremely disappointed with the way we found ourselves treated. We wanted to use ICICI BANK Emerald voucher for Trident hotels. The hotel called us up in advance to ask for the voucher code to verify. I provided that only to find that the voucher was not acceptable to them. These guys are not sincere in what they are doing.

Trident Bhuvaneshwar is the best hotel when it comes to hospitality, comfort and hygiene. We stayed for two nights in January. The staff took personal care to ensure we had a pleasant stay. My daughter fell sick on way back from Bhitarkanika. Chef personally prepared Khichdi and home made food for her. The staff arranged for fruits etc anything my daughter felt like eating. Architecture is beautiful and the rooms are cosy and clean. I strongly recommend families with kids to stay here.

Had a very comfortable stay. No hassles or any hiccups.Our spoc was Mr. Zachariah. He was very accommodating as per our requirements (booked it for the wedding). I dont remember him saying no for any of our requests and trust me they were plenty. Quite impressive.A pointer for the team, since they have just entered into retail events like weddings etc apart from their usual corporate service, A wider/elaborate menu would go a long way.Good luck and hope to see visit again!

I find Trident the best hotel in bhubaneswar. The foods and services they offer are the best in here. Today I went for the candle light dinner with wife and the experience was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The ambience beside the pool was breathtaking, the food wasmouth watering, beverages were too food. To sum it up a perfect dinner date.

Great location! My room was a quiet and clean room with a garden view. I could work very well in my room. The staff was very polite and efficient. Breakfast is excellent as were in-room dining services — all in all, a great place to stay. I am continuing my stay for a few more days.

Not a five star affair. Very Limited choices in menu. We Ordered some continental food and a oriya special thali. Ordered Fish n Chips but ended up eating a fish cake sort of thing. Oriya special veg thali was awful. Sorry cant think of a revisit again.
