Some parts of the hotel are great. Like the common lounge and restaurants etc. But honestly some of the party halls have this wierd stench of cockroach spray, not great parking area or could be difficult to reach the first time. I agree than the entrance and location cant be changed. But I feel like an update to the interiors and repaint of the exteriors and maybe reflaging the broken flags would help in making the hotel stand out more too... Dont get me wrong its a great hotel. But I want to see it get improved.

Hosted our reunion at the club on the roof in presidency. It is definitely pricy but the ambiance is great and food is fine too! Music and dance floor is awesome. You will definitely get amazing pics.

Hotel Management , Not providing, plates and other essentials, if you order for parcel. Hygiene is issue. Refrigerator not working, bathroom soap not providing every day. Breakfast in morning very cheap quality without any choice. Very embarrassed when I stay 3 days. Hospitality ZERO.

My experience is satisfactory. as I have booked Pavillion room but they have not provided me room as I booked and as per our expectation, but after one day after request they have upgraded my room. Bathrooms in earlier room was very small and curtains are dirty.satisfactory , but need to improve service and facilities. Property is good, but rooms are small and clean and staff is good in behavior and supportive. I recommend to stay in deluxe room in The presidency. proper location and good communication but far distant from the market place and not good restaurants near by.

Hotel and their services are good but looks more costly... Overall is fair enough. This hotle is good for interview booking or any training classes for one or two days...Its 20 mnt travel distance from bhuneshwar railway station near by iskon temple so not complicated to find out...All the best...

Good comfortable stay, good food! only major drawback is room service. if you order breakfast in room, they discourage you and also you dont get anything that is mentioned in the menu card. also the toilet is overused and demands renovation soon. overall okay for business stay!No disturbance during odd hours, good food, location on NH and yet close to airports. This Hotel has 3 wings, one is old, one is new and third is slightly premium, hence rates for all 3 types vary.The location is in Nayapalli, is close to Big Bazzar, Reliance Mart, Allen Solly showrooms (good residential/commercial area).Has a Veg /Non-Veg restaurant, and gives complimentary breakfast.

I have never stayed in this hotel, but I had few parties and dinner attended here. Both the dining and the bar is good. The food is really good. The bar on the top floor has a very good view.

Very good hotel. Its actually in the back-sided building of the main hotel. Very good and peaceful location. Foods are bit expensive. However, one can get good food from the nearby hotel (in opposite side of the road) in a reasonable price. Overall a good hotel.

* After COVID 19 pandemic, the look of the hotel has been drastically impacted. It has lost the brightness. Wooden panels on the side walls are spoiled with breakage/damages at various places* Complimentary breakfast menu reduced to two Items. This is the worst hotel that you could book. The staff is very rude and do not co-operate at all. These are difficult times and we as guests expect the hotel to consider convenience along with additional protocols that need to be implemented for the pandemic. There is zero communication from the hotel administration about changed rules to the end customer. We reached the reception only to find additional requirements for check-in. It came to a point where we had to walk out of the hotel and cancel our booking as they did not budge an inch or try to convince us to stay. They are very unprofessional and partial towards guests. They do not impose the rules on their staff while being very strict on specific guests (not sure based on what parameters). Not recommended to anyone.

I have visited Presidency to attain a Reception. Ambiance was OK but food was not up to the mark.You can reach here easily by choosing a wide range of transportation options as this is side of NH.ISKON Temple is adjacent to this place & One Mall is also present near by.

Presidency is a decent hang out for all age groups. The view from the roof top restaurant is very beautiful. You can see the highway and vehicles passing.

Service was so bad that I had leave the place alonwith my full family.Why will any family of 10 want to sit in a bar, with 1×1 seats. Theres a difference between a couple date and family lunch

Yesterday I was in bhubaneswar in - THE CROWN HOTEL and I want to convey you the message that go check that as soon as possible because you are going to love its digital systematic rooms the card key lock system and a nice sofa with a foot placing sofa type stool and a study table. The lift was also very classy.

The hotel is located on the main road and traffic noise may not be to everyones liking. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Large part of the hotel is not accessible because of Covid restrictions. Food is average. Room service and restaurant service are very slow.

Very Bad, room(314) was full of mosquitos. checked in at 11PM for a nice sleep in a clean and hygenic place but room was full of mosquito and couldnt sleep at all, paid 3K for waste !!

Good is not so good but good place to organize functions. There is one one wash room in each floor which made it inconvenient to use.

The hotel is in the heart of the city of Bhubaneswar, just nearer to ISKON temple in Nayapalli. I was attending Union Banks officers meeting in this hotel. The hotel was also hosting two other functions simultaneously. The hotel is neat and clean, though looks somewhat lacking in space. It is much cheaper in compare to other big hotels. The place is 3 kms from Bermunda bus stand and 8 kms from Railway station. CRPF Square is 1 km away from where daily usable items can be purchased.

Worst experience ever!!!The staff is extremely rude. All they bother about is getting their payment. Zero courtesy and completely unprofessional!!! They will make you leave as soon as possible, way before the checkout time, just because they have other guests booked. Also the worst choice currently for hosting any events, reception and weddings!! Money-minded people!!

The hotel is situated on the National highway itself. However be careful to take the service road , else Google map takes you through some weird road to land you back here. The other thing is that there are no covered car park and you have to park your vehicle outside the hotel, beside the service road. But, I guess there is a watchman of the hotel who keeps an eye. But, they are smart enough to put a board which reads Parking at owners riskWe arrived at the hotel way past midnight and the staff was extremely courteous, in spite of waking them up. They also tried to the best of their ability to have a speedy check in which is appreciated by us. The room we were upgraded to a deluxe room with twin beds. The rom was spacious but the interiors were not cosy to the eye. Nevertheless the sleep quality was excellent. The room also had coffee makers and a mini bar.The bathroom was large enough and the shower panel was top class. We enjoyed a long bath after driving for 1500 kms.

Friendly staff.. 24 hours reception make things easy. They always willing ti help for guests requests. Clean rooms and they di house keep everyday and change everything. Bathrooms are bit old and doesnt have new look. Complementary breakfast has good enough options. Nit that busy in restaurant. Reasonable price for room service food and beverages.

It was a comfortable stay but later turned out to be an ugly experience. After checking out in the morning, me and my friend had decided to leave our luggage in the cloak room and collect it later in the evening. Once we were back and asked for our luggage the hotel staff were reluctant to give it back to us. On enquiring they said two towels are missing from our room. We immediately volunteered to open our suitcases and allow them to check our belongings. They agreed, and wanted to shift the luggage to an empty room in the hotel and check it there. But we insisted that they do so in the lobby itself, in presence of the Senior Manager. No senior staff came, and as we were already stranded there for about half an hour , getting late for our flight, we opened our luggage and showed the staff the belongings and they found no hotel towels in it.I wish the hotel management had checked their own staff before questioning two guests. Plus while checking the luggage of two lady guests they should have asked a lady staff to be around.My other concern was what if some hotel staff had put in the towels in our luggage ( the luggage was in the cloak room for good 8 hours)where many additional compartments were kept unlocked how could we have proved our innocence?
