Some one telling me where is classes going current time and which campus in school of yoga.

I m fully satisfied with the teachers guided me .Excellent palce to learn yoga in depth.

Please beware of this IT office (that calls it self yoga school). Website pictures are fake and im almost sure reviews as well. The program they have online they never follow it, teachers dont prepare classes they basically come and ask you to open a book and read it, i got cheated by the schools director Paramount. After afew days i realized he false promises so i left the course He charged me over 31,000 INR because i was a foreigner when the rest of students paid 10,000 INR for the same hours of classes, now Im trying to get my money through paypal. Teacher will make fun of you if you dont agree with him and will start taking in hindi behind your back. Please search for a real school if you are serious into learning the ways of traditional yoga. Director doesnt understand how frustrating/disappointing it is, after you made an effort to go abroad and all the expenses, all the hard work you put on to save money, everything just goes down the drain. So please do a research and find a proper school.Thank you for reading. I backed up everything i said with the pictures i shared due to respect of their privacy, i blured the people involved.

Indeed yoga communicates and balances our body and mind. I had a very good experience with KIIT School of Yoga. The different Asanas, Guide to meditation were really inspiring. Apart from this they are also explaining about Yoga Nutrition for the mind and its principles which is really incredible. Also they are practicing about “Hastha Yoga”, “Yoga Nidra”, “Stress Management”, “Laughter Yoga”, “Yoga For Back Pain” etc. Their TTC is with International Yoga Alliance.
