Very good experience, the staff was very polite and attentive. My problem was attended to properly and efficiently. I dont know why Renault service is lambasted but all my experiences so far at Kolkata, yalanka Bangalore and bbsr have been great. Recommended. I couldnt take any pics but the infrastructure seemed big with all required facilities. They also had all the parts that I needed in stock. Location is also right on the highway besides Tata and Kia motors.

Service is good. There are two lobby inside showroom, one is normal and other is family lobby. The staffs are also friendly. Also if u are hungry, then u have a ton of hotels nearby too. I personally liked the service, staffs n all. N why not to say, I also have renault car too.

I am having a renault lodgy I went here to change the diesel pipe which leaked on my way to Bhubaneswar. When I told them that I am from Kolkata they refused to change the pipe

I got my wheels frm here! Sales staffs are not hvng adequate knowledge on vehicles. Need to be trained properly before giving explanations on models n varieties to customers. Not everyone is friendly . However one staffs that is Mr Pitabasa fr which I m able to get my vehicle on time n got it registered as well.. Only person seems working fr the company or customers making way to super sales!

Went here to get my vehicle serviced. My vehicle had a few problems that I wanted to get rectified, apart from the usual lubricant changes, etc.Got a job card opened with all problems mentioned. When I came back to collect the car after they said it was ready, theyd forgotten to check up on 70% of the problems, which I wasnt pleased about because I had to wait there while they tried to fix them. One more problem could not be rectified by them at all even after 2 trials, because their diagnostic capabilities are atrociously bad. Basically most mechanics here dont know much apart from the Renault rulebook specifying when parts need to be replaced in the normal course.At the end, when I had had enough and wanted to just leave, they smiled and gave me a coupon for 300 rupees off after I had spent 10000 rupees on a service, and asked me to give them good written feedback. I gave them a 2 on 10, for the washing and interior cleaning, which also was quite average.If its regular oil and part replacement you want, go there. Otherwise, theyre thoroughly inadequate. Never going here again.

It was earlier Chevrolet dealership. Now it Renault. Definitely a better option than Renault Dealership near fire station square.

I visited this place to check and test Renault Kwid. Unfortunately the sales woman named Subhasmita was pathetic. I was comparing it with other cars including eon which just moved out of market.She just could not digest the fact I was comparing kwid with other cars.She treats customer as if she is a high profile woman and customers are of no match.If sales is like this who would like to buy and go for service.Fortunately there are people like Prasant Ku Sahoo to manage the arrogance of Subhasmita.It is a must avoid place as long as people like Subhasmita deal with customers.
