I have visited kanash, block Sahupada panchayat hospital for testing my COVID19, There stap are very Rude, Not helpful, not following the proper procedure. Sending fake report. They are not getting proper training on the covid19 criteria.

Today on 16th October while going for assessing in arogya setu app to my surprise it showed me covid positive by ICMR .But I have not tested me anywhere and how it is possible without testing my phone no. found to be positive???
