If ever you have been through where google review is amazing and you had a horrible or nightmare experience? If not then this is right place to get throughI have spent 2 days to list out stores from google to repair laptop and finally ended here with Spectrum as google review and user experience was positive and amazing.We have given very clear instructions to diagnose the laptop only and inform us overall cost before replace or add any part but Technician was quite smart and without my permission went through to replace part and later just given me estimated bill.We where shocked when we reached there and was quite argument and later I was only left with option to pay cash.I will write another review after 6 month to confirm if subject fix was a worth or not but this was really a surprise and shock.So in case if you land here then either take a instruction in written or ask them to diagnose in your presence.First time I am thinking why google review don’t have .5 ? 🥲

Found this place through random google search as it came in top of search .Went there for a Dell laptop repair and what an awesome job they did .They do a through diagnosis and made the repair ASAP with precision.Super friendly staff with high knowledge of the work .Awesome job 🙏🏻Must take advice from Eng. Went with my Asus ROG laptop...as my screen was totally broken due to an accident...The whole team was so fast and cool..they responded instantly..and you wont believe me where the original service centre tol me to back up my whole data and asked for 10 days...these people repaired my device within 2.5 hrs..and i didnt even had to back up my 500 gb of data..so happy with the service..Especially Mr.Pradipta Parida...was so professional with his work..and helped me a lot..

I went to repair my laptop and had many of issue which was sloved with in a day by the Technicians. A great team to help customers rectify the issue with normal price and better service are provided that any other service center which I have visited earlier.

Visited through google reviews. Was not sure how it would be. The service was amazing. Had battery issue in dell inspiron. Replaced the battery in no time. Dell customer service had asked for 7 days time. Battery was instantly available with spectrum. Got original battery with 1 year warranty. Behaviour wise the guys were great. Will surely be coming next time for any issues. Highly recommend. Will surely get value for money service here.

Positive things:- very friendly staffs, good and polite behaviour, Quick response to the calls or any messages ( in all these categories I would give 5/5 stars to you guys)Negative things:- very HIGH charge...(3/5 stars)Even though Engineers there have very good behaviour but I think they did not exactly explain that why are they charging very high price. I am using a ASUS laptop. My systems hard drive was damaged so I replaced this with a ADATA 240 GB SSD and I was having some updating problem with the windows 10 operating system in my laptop so they fixed that problem....I was expecting 4000 rupees to be charged at max but I was really shocked to hear them charging 5,500 rupees.I think even though the service was good but only for this reason I am giving you guys 3 star out of 5 in ratings.Sorry guys😌 I am not trying to mislead people or insult you....I am just saying that you are absolutely great with your behaviour and service....but the only problem is too much price....I request you to please do not charge very high prices from the customers those who do not have any proper knowledge about all the technical problem with the laptops. I would like you to please consider this...🙏🙏🙏

Thought it was dell service center but it was not. Should change the name from Dell service center to anything else its quite misleading. Otherwise behavior was good and I dont have any complaint with customer service.

My Laptop G3-15 3579 had a serious Power On issue. At first, I took it to the Dell-Authorized Service Cente. After checking they said ki I need to replace my Laptops Motherboard, for which they kept my Laptop for about a month, but couldnt find the MB for replacement, at last they tried to repair it, but failed to do so.Then a friend of mine recommended me to visit Spectrum Technology. It took just 10 days for these guyz to arrange the original MB (At first, they tried to repair it, but couldnt, as the Authorised center people had completely destroyed the MB, with their repeated repairing attempts). Service is genuine, fast and satisfactory.I get my laptop serviced 3 days back, I can feel the difference before and after performance of my laptop.I went to check Heating issue and which was earlier >90 degree and after the technician (Pradipta) suggested for full system service and cleaning, now the temperature 🌡️ is below 40.I was about to replace non functioning exhaust fan, however it get functional after deep cleaning.So I liked the professionalism of technician, Quality of service and genuineness.Thanks to Spectrum Dell Service. My laptops hard disk got corrupt so had to buy an ssd from Spectrum technology. Price was justifiable and service costs are also reasonable. Etiquettes of the engineers are polite and professional. Staff is polite and provides good service. I visited to increase my RAM size. You can rely on them for service, they provide genuine parts, the only thing to note is they are no more authorised Dell service center as contract ended but they give genuine parts and also warrenty over the parts they give.

Everything is perfect about their service. The staff are super responsive, listen to every minor details and give their best service. I had visited regarding my webcam problem just before Holi holiday. I had the urgency to get my webcam repaired on that day itself. Despite the unusual rush they accepted my request and the work was done in only 3 hours. Before coming here I had visited Dell customer service in Sambalpur and they simply said that webcam cant be repaired and I should get an USB webcam. This shows how the service centers are not even trying to look whats the problem with the laptop but here its different. I am so grateful to Spectrum Technology for their awesome and timely service. Though the engineers have proper domain knowledge but they are saying too much price for the service and for different parts of the system. So , be aware of it. Try to visit different service centres to have a proper idea of the problem and the total cost of the service. I also have a problem in my laptop and the first repairing shop/service centre i visited was this. The engineer excellently detected the problem but at the same time he lied me saying that there was other problems also. Then after visiting 4 other places finally I came to know the truth.Replying to the Dell service centre owner- Dear sir, i have visited your shop on 31st December and two persons were sitting there and no other customers were present. And why Im going to provide fake review, Im not going to get any benefits by giving fake review. So, sir, i can only kindly request you that people are trusting you guys. So, you guys should have morality to not breach their trust on you. And you are not finding me in your DB because i wasnt sure about paying 15k for a laptop so I just came back after figuring out the problem only without any kind of registration.

Very unprofessional staff and unskilled technicians. Couldnt trust. My laptop WiFi is not working after replacing the key board. They could detain you for total days for a small or minor work. This is a group of fraud people. Their intention is to manipulate the customer and fetch money from them like bugs.To replace a key board they took more than 6 hours and my WiFi sensitivity not working properly after that.
